I can't give them too many stars, they are that AWESOME!

Tim was my rep and he was great to work with. I had many delays picking it up due to no place to store it. The rain slowed my landscaper down so my new RV pad was delayed over a month. Even though they really could have told me to come get my RV off their lot they didn't and that saved me quite a bit of money because I didn't need to pay to store it down here (they also offered to deliver it to me over 100 miles away for free). Tim met me on a Sunday to see my, prospective at the time, RV on the lot. They were closed that day but it was the only day I could make it up there. I got there and it was powered and looking beautiful. They have been great to work with all the way along and add to that the best price I could find. I started to work with a closer RV dealer and when I asked if their was any room for price reduction he rudely said back to me, "If I had known you wanted to haggle I would have started higher in price!(Sierra RV)" I never got any attitude about price with Castle Country. They wanted to work with me and to get the job done. On the day of pickup I had them install an anti-sway hitch and I am so glad I did. The tech that installed it sat there for two hours and answered every question I could come up with. Considering this is my first RV purchase that helped me a great deal. I would give them 50 stars if I could. Thanks guys and gals and I will be back the next time I am ready to get another RV.

Don't buy from these people they sold…

Don't buy from these people they sold us a 50000 piece of crap they won't warranty anything we have been waiting now for 3 months to have kitchen chairs replaced and find out they haven't even ordered them won't fix fridge or thermostat or replace curtains that have screws poking out
Won't return phone calls just keep pawning off to anyone they have very poor customer service
Warning don't purchase from these people

Joy, I just spoke with managers from both of our locations. Our Helper store is working on ordering those chairs for you and we apologize for the delay. When you visit our Logan location they will look into fixing other issues.

Great experiance. Smooth in and out.

These guys were great to work with. Took care of all our reservations with the RV be for we bought it. No surprises. It was refreshing.

Good overall

Bought a new travel trailer and added solar panels with lithium batteries along with larger propane tanks. Customer service is great. Pricing was a little better than average. A few weeks out, still working to get the propane tanks installed and working with the manufacturer to have a defective wall panel replaced.

Salesman was helpful, and seemed reliable. A little lacking in knowledge of units specs and components. Nice folks.

We just put a down payment on a new…

We just put a down payment on a new trailer and will be picking it up this week. We are out of state and are driving over 700 miles to get there and are on a limited time to pick up and drive another 700 miles home. We've been working with John and so far have agreed to meet the day we get there and do a thorough walk thru and paperwork. We are hoping that everything is cleaned, turned on and some water put in the fresh tank, propane tanks are full and 2 new batteries have been installed and everything has been gone through all before we arrive so that we can make sure EVERYTHING works perfectly before we leave. We will update this review after we take delivery. Hoping to give Castle Country RV 5 stars when we drive away with the new trailer.

Smooth purchase, great customer service

We had a very smooth purchase with Castle Country RV. Each & every employee was very fast & efficient in taking care of issues or answering important questions. I would highly recommend Castle Country RV and would definitely purchase from them again!

Took a down payment from me on a…

Took a down payment from me on a Trailer that was sold to someone else, had to spend more money to get the same Trailer only a year newer. Waited weeks to get it to have it show up with more options than was ordered so had to spend more money. Took a day off work to meet The delivery man to find out that he wasn’t coming until the next day because of a mistake in scheduling.

Bought a camper site unseen

Bought a camper site unseen, emailed them about the things that were damaged, and thing that were missing. Like a table, bunk ladder, and haven't got a reply. I recommend if you are buying from Utah, go to salt lake city and purchase it. Stay away from helper Utah and Logan Utah..

We had a good experience

We purchased our 44 Houston from Castle Country RV and overall it was a good buying experience. The walk through on the interior at pickup was a little bit rushed could have used more time on that. The outside walk around and explanation of things was very good, Thanks Matt. Overall our buying experience was good and would purchase from Castle Country again.

I bought this trailer from out of state…

I bought this trailer from out of state and needed To pick it up at a later date!
I received excellent service, on time delivery, great accommodations to my needs. Everything thing I ask for was done and ready!!! Exactly like we talked about! I would buy again for these great folks again! I also got a great price! Which was a bonus to me.

dont by camper here never less out of state

Bought camper online from out of state. Camper pics on there website and one I received are two different interiors(colors)
They ordered me a capture plate and it was wrong. Couch had long marks on leather couch and they wouldn't fix nor warranty. Once you sign papers the communication falls apart. They sent my title paperwork to wrong county then wanted me to fix it for them.. The county they sent the paperwork to sent it back to them. That being said im on threw my second temp tag and still no paperwork so I cant get plates>.. Alex the finance and gm nor the owner will contact me what a joke these people are!!!

Castle Country RV

Castle Country RV, treated my wife and I with respect. There was a problem with the first trailer that we were going to purchase from them. They showed us a different trailer that cost more, and dropped the price to allow us to purchase that trailer for the same price as the first. I really appreciate all of their help, and would definitely recommend Castle Country RV if you are looking to purchase your next trailer.

We purchased a 2019 Arctic Fox 285DRL4

We purchased a 2019 Arctic Fox 285DRL4. We had researched for months and knew what we were looking for. We worked with Keith on the sale, which was very smooth. We had a few issues with the RV, leaking tanks, leaking faucet in kitchen which bubbled countertop, etc.. Dave drove from Helper, Utah to Fruita, Colorado to assist us with the faucet and ensured that it was working properly after his repair. The countertop settled back down after it dried out. . We will schedule an appointment for the tanks after our home is built. Dave, Keith and the staff at Castle Country have continued to stay in touch with us and have demonstrated a sincere, genuine concern for us over the last several months. Overall our experience has been a positive one and we have and will recommend Castle Country RV. We will be back in the fall for minor warranty issues.
