Great glossy website with no mention of delivery from China. You then order to find out delivery time will be nothing like advertised. The goods arrive and are nothing like the nice glossy photographs. It is cheaply made crap. Then there is the returns policy which makes it impossible to return items to them.
I had read the reviews on customers being offered a fraction of what they had paid in not returning the goods. I had spent a considerable amount of money so decided to send the items back. The returns policy states that all returns costs must be paid by the customer and that no refund will be issued until the items are received into the warehouse.
Parcelforce are telling me that the package I have sent has cleared customs, Celia Moda are telling me that customs are still holding the package due to unpaid import taxes that I must pay and that I must contact my courier in the UK to arrange payment. Parcelforce are telling me that they have no mechanism for taking payment for a Chinese tax and that the receiver of the parcel is liable for the taxes. So we have a catch 22. China post is nigh on impossible to contact to pay the tax with them. It is a premium rate phone number and have had no response to emails.
Celia modas returns policy is designed to make you fail at every turn in getting the parcel returned to them. Meaning they just get to keep your cash.
Avoid at all costs!!!!!

The item I ordered is very low quality and did not look like the item in the photos. So very overpriced. To return item you need to pay shipping costs and purchase a tracking number which is very expensive. My item was roughly 100$ and it would cost about the same to return it. I would not ever purchase from this website again and would not recommend it. Celia Moda obviously does not stand behind their product. Very disappointed. I would give them a -5 stars.

Material quality very bad, no refund given as it cost £20 to send back to China; would never order if this site.

An appalling company who take your money and returns cost at least 35% of the value of goods. They won’t refund a penny unless the items are tracked all the way back to China ! The quality is a poor polyester or nylon not at all a “cool material “.
I suggest great care they stall you every way in trying to return and you have to pay extortionate tracking costs.

Regardless of your reply you are known to be selling goods of a very poor quality snd any offer made by you is not genuine. Please do not mislead people, your returns policy to China is outrageous!!

Buy American because you can’t return to their china address they say is their return shipping address because it’s over 300.00 to return and buyer must pay it so never worth buying from this company ever ever ever buyer beware so fraudulent criminal act

The return policy involves shipping to China which would cost more than the shoes are worth.

Ordered, and when it arrived it was nothing like the photo.
Emailed them, had 1 response and when I confirmed I wanted a refund they started ignoring me!
Sent 3 follow up emails and still being ignored.

I ordered a dress for $84.00 and when I received it the material was nothing like the photo shown. The material was cheap and see through and the fit was terrible.
When I contacted the company for a refund I was told I needed to pay for the return shipping costs.
It would cost me $215.30 to return the dress!!!!
This is a lot of money just to try the dress on!!!

The items I bought were nothing like the images in the photos as advertised. The quality of the sneakers was horrible! I've never seen sneakers that were so horribly made. They squeek when you walk. The suit is polyester and so cheaply made. I usually don't write reviews due to laziness and competing priorities, but I had to write so others don't order from this company. You will be disappointed. Very disappointed. The only thing I can give them a bit of credit for is that everything fit size wise. But the way the clothes drape on you, the color, the quality, the delivery time, is all poor. If I could give 0 stars...

Scam! Don’t order from this shop!

Firstly, the goods arrived far too late compared to what was originally stated when ordering, and were also of appalling quality. It bears no resemblance whatsoever to the product shown in the online shop!

The biggest insult is that a partial refund of €8 was offered, which isn’t even 10% of the value of the goods, or that you can return the goods to CHINA at your own costs!
The German Consumer Advice Centre will be informed about this dubious shop unless a reasonable partial refund or full reimbursement of the return costs is offered.

The item that arrived in no way matches the item on the website. Poor quality material and cheap. Advertised as Merino Wool on the site, but turns out to be a polyester fibre.
Do not buy from this site.

I wrote a one-star review a few days ago, as this merchant replied publicly to have me contact them to make it right - but in writing they offered to send me $8 (less that 10% of the purchase price)!!!
What a joke! The shipped the wrong size of pants and somehow this token is to make it right? Beware these scammers they are not an honorable business - simply a scam factory.

Do not order from this site. I ordered a dress and what was delivered did not even faintly match the pictures or description. Additionally,for a refund, the customer is responsible for postage back to China (!!l) and they offer a flat refund of $5 disregarding the cost of your garment.
TOTAL SCAM!!!

Very disappointed in quality of garment. Paid $130 and the coat wasn't even lined. Very low quality fabric used.
$38 to return and no compensation offered.
I will never shop with them again. Not sure how they are still trading.

Light fabric but doesn’t feel cheap at all. Works well for daily wear.

This jacket is decent and does what it should. It looks clean and works well for everyday wear. The fabric is slightly lighter than I imagined, but it still feels comfortable and easy to layer. Delivery was smooth and the packaging was neat.
