found the whole experience very easy had a FaceTime consultation with a lady she was very helpful so went ahead and booked it there and then also got points on my coop card which is a bonus would recommend this service

Everything went well during the initial…
Everything went well during the initial process and I feel the salesperson sold a good package which was clearly explained. You could maybe ask my family after the funeral (hopefully many years away) how they felt it went and whether it was a worthwhile practice

Arrangement for my personal funeral.
I went to the Coop funeral office in Ripley Derbyshire and met a very kind lady who arranged a appointment for me.I had the appointment on the 30th of April with the same lady who told me everything and we did all the paperwork for the type of funeral I wanted no problems at all.
