Clegg Gifford understands my line of business in live audio production which is why I transferred to them in the first place. They have obtained quite specific and affordable PLI and Employer Liability packages over a number of years. Very happy with the support they give once I got through to the right office. All good.

My renewal documents were emailed through well in advance of the renewal date and I was able to pay by bank transfer.

I was very disappointed to find out that if I put a vehicle on Database that I want to use for a while, I have to register it in my name which puts an extra name on the logbook which I was not told when I took out this policy I have never been told this by Anney trading insurance company and it’s very difficult to get hold of the operator of this company to put vehicles on Database I am not happy with the service at all. I am looking elsewhere to see if I can find somewhere where it’s easier to put my vehicles on Database and not put them in my name and make it easier to contact the company very hard to contact this company very hard work the operator wasn’t very helpful at all. I did not like her attitude whatsoever. She was not helpful. If someone could give me a call I would very much appreciated someone in charge of the company please because I haven’t received any cover notes whatsoever I need paper cover notes just in case they please pull me over or my daughter. I should’ve received them a long time ago.
