I agreed a settlement because one of their customers damaged my property. This was then sent to a claims handler and since then the service has been awful. 2 months later I have still not received payment and am being completely ignored via email. Definitely would not recommend

Could have been a 5 star. However, I have reduced it to 4 stars due to being charged an additional extra £50 + admin charge. An amended was required due unclear information being requested, which resulted in the extra charge.

Staff were prompt and responsive
Staff were prompt and responsive. One criticism was that it was rather laborious and expensive to add house guests to drive one of our cars for a week or so. Maybe that could be simplified.
