Fabulous staff
Marco Adaggio made getting a new phone easy, affordable and genuinely helpful. He was so kind and was able to put any worries I had at ease. A follow up email to say that he was always available to help is fantastic, and it is much appreciated. So many companies just do the bare minimum, so it has been so refreshing to have someone go above and beyond.

I spoke with an Account Manager named Luca who was really professional and amazing to work with. He quickly gave us amazing offers and opportunities to save money and he delivered on his promise to call back at a specific time and he was so patient and understanding with our situation.

Fantastic service on changing supplier
After my monthly payment was increased by over 7% I decided to seek a more reasonable supplier and checked Switcheroo. I was contacted by Luca di Giovanni from Chadwell Telecoms and he took great care in questioning me to understand my current situation and future requirements. He has provided me with a new supplier which is £45 per month less expensive and a fast changeover date.
I would highly recommend this company and thank Luca for his professional and knowledgeable service.
