Straightforward and satisfactory
Straightforward to set up, given a good price. The driver arrived on time the next day and took everything from the front door, and when we got to the destination we took the boxes up to the second floor together. Boxes were handled with no damage. Happy with the service and would use again.

Booked 2 vans for a job
Explained we have a full 20ft container
Quoted £1000 for 2 vans 2 men
Got a call on the day of moving that it won't fit need 1 more van and another £500
Still didn't take everything
So I had to pay extra storage and then sort the rest out myself
The first 2 vans turn up with barely anything in
The guy is a scam man who just subs it out to random people
Did not look after my furniture at all

A few notes about your move with us:
-We requested for an inventory to be sent 3 times only to receive vague answers.
-The initial price for the rescue van was £530 which we brought down to £370 to help out.
-The van departed from the storage place with the approval of your family member that said it's ok for those things to stay back.
-We contacted you by email and text to offer you a courtesy van for the remaining items with no response on your behalf.

Great Service
The movers were running late but the management was very professional. When they did arrive they did a great job and even refunded me for the extra half hour I had paid. I recommend this company.

I organised a loft clearance with them. Excellent quick response. The job was done within 2 days. The men arrived on time as & done an excellent job. Would definitely recommend & use again. All at a reasonable price.

Smooth move from start to finish
The team communicated excellently from quote to completed move. There were some traffic related delays, but I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The movers were polite and professional, and everything was sorted in no time. Reasonable price as well. Definitely recommend :)

The service of this company was excellent
The service of this company was excellent!!!!! The driver transported our furniture all the way from Cambridge to Scotland for a very cheap price. I would use these guys again and again and I would recommend them to anyone!! Very good service. Thank you for going the extra mile to transport our furniture.

What great people at changing keys. Really competitive prices and a lovely human touch. Other business force you to fill out forms and are too busy to use common sense. Great experience today and will be using you guys again any time I need to move anything. Highly recommend
