There is always a lot of choice
There is always a lot of choice for my size 2 feet and they are well made and of an excellent quality. I find the size chart to be very helpful and true to my size feet. The shoes are always beautifully wrapped and protected, which pleases me because I am fussy when storing my foot wear. It also shows me that this company take great pride in their work.

I have been in waiting for a refund over 2 weeks and their response is it can take up to 2 weeks no $hit $herlock I am still waiting
I wouldnt never purchase from them ever again - not good customer service seems like it is AI and now to me they are thieves stealing our money - stay clear of this brand

The customer service was appalling
The customer service was appalling. I had issues with my parcel being delivered and was ignored by the team after multiple emails. I had one response after emailing a couple of times and the issue was not investigated.

I’m still waiting for shoes that I ordered on the 25th June and was advised they will arrive in 5-9 working days. This is quite frustrating when the shoes are required for a function. If I knew this was the case I would have not ordered them.
