I booked a cruise with Cheap Cruises. I noticed the price drop more than 500 bucks on another discount site about 56 days before boarding. Cheap Cruises would not reduce the price or provide any accommodation, because the cruise line would not reduce the price less than 90 days out. Lesson learned! Don't book another cruise without a price reduction guarantee that is good right up until the day of sailing. Don't book a cruise early. I see no advantage to ever using Cheap Cruises again. I will probably not book another Norwegian cruise. Last minute only for me. Hopefully, others will learn from my mistake.

Cheap cruises.com customer service is horrible, trying to get help with a deposit and changing the date of final payments was like a needle in the grass, no help at all, Carlos was The Worst, he put me on hold and never came back to answer the call, he's not train to work in customer service, he needs to work stocking box someplace he doesn't have to talk with people. He's one of the reason's I will never use them again, I rather book directly with the Cruises.

As a veteran of many crusies I began using cheap cruises two years ago. You can not beat the prices and perks, but that is only a small portion of what makes this the preferred provider…concise searches reveal cruises you can not find else where, a customer service department that takes on the cruise company when problems arise so you don’t have the headache or hours waiting on the phone for a live rep! I’ve never been left holding the bag by cheap cruises, I wish I could say the same about dealing directly with cruise company…

I booked a cruise for mid 2025 and bought travel insurance. The cruise was a year out. I called to cancel when my circumstances changed and was told I would pay $100 to cancel plus a $24.99 processing fee. I was told on the phone the rest I had put down $750 would be refunded. I was only refunded $198 from Princess and never received the promised refund. I called to request they review the phone conversation where the agent said I would get a refund. I got a call back a week later saying “our agent misspoke and the travel insurance is not refundable”. This was infuriating as I was told on the phone it was refundable. I lost over $500 for a cruise in 2025.

bought through a person on the phone. the whole reason I purchased the cruise when I did was because they had a free drink and wifi package. the lady on the phone went over the details with me and I decided to book the cruise. lo-and-behold she apparently did not mention the drink package when we talked about it even though I had the web page pulled up and was going through it with her. the price was the same as the one I was looking at and everything./ the details were exact. two days later and my reservation does not include a drink package!!!!! now I have to pay an extra 300 to add the package to my sailing. ITS A SCAM !!!!!!! they do this on purpose. book online if you're going to book at all

Ivan, our agent, was fantastic in offering us what we wanted in a cruise. He spent time with us and described everything.

We have something go wrong with ever booking we do with them. Not sure why we continue to use them. On the current cruise 16 day Hawaiian we didn't get our on broad credit or the waved deposit. I called to inquire and was told that's just they way it was even though their person keep screwing up the Reservation we had to re do it so many times and by the time it was done the deal was gone. Then we booked under a deal that allows you to price adjust if the price changes. We called and asked the associate said it went down $1920 so we switched to that. I asked does anything change I was told no everything stays the same but the price fast forward 2 months later I realize my princess plus is gone... the associate took it off and that's why it dropped. Talked to a supervisor who said I didn't specify about the princess plus only asked if everything stayed the same she chalked it up to a misunderstanding....um there was no misunderstanding on my end. She gave me $100 on broad credit that doesn't help when we now planned on $1920 less for our cruise. They always have issues when we book with them.

Update was told to call in and discuss w cheap cruise so I did and agent stated it was their fault but there was nothing he could do.

So cheap cruises is saying they never told me to reach out because it would be in my reservation. I explained that I didn't put any reservation info in the review so how would they have it? Then they went on to say that trustpilot is a scam.

So far we have booked our twentieth cruise with Royal Caribbean, the last sixteen through Cheap Cruises. So far, every cruise has been lower than the price quoted on line. Jasen West has been our contact of late and he has been wonderful. They always answer the phone and respond to any questions right away. Use Cheap Cruises for your next cruise. You'll be glad you did.Jasen is the supervisor we deal with but to actually book a cruise we strongly recommend asking for Leema Yow. She has been our agent for all of our cruises and we could not be happier.

I'm extremely happy with Cheapcruises. I have a sales rep (Rosie Rose) that I'm very happy with and broke all my cruises. She's able to help me out with special and make sure that All the teas are crossing all the eyes dotted etc. I also like the cheap cruises loyalty program where you get cash back and also discounts on a shore excursions. You're also get automatically any specials cruise lines are offering so I see no downside.

This is going to be my sixth cruise with them in the last 4 years.
