This has been most worst Experience I have ever had with a travel company. I have traveled all over the world and have never been mislead to get my booking. I was informed everything was included and after my booking my trip all the incentives disappeared. I booked a room that cost more then I wanted to spend but after a very difficult year I need the rest and piece of mind. Found out I got no incentive and now I have to pay a additional 1500 dollars. There was only one agent willing to help Lizet but her hands where tied. So please be aware when dealing with Cheap Cruise but they don’t give you what they promise.

I booked a cruise for January 2024. It stated the price paid for the cruise would be 100% refunded until a specific date. I called more than a month prior to this date and was told the 100% refund applies to the cruise ship company, not them. Cheap Cruises charges you $100 to cancel. I thought I read the fine print but I noticed you have to click on the terms and conditions during booking to see the $100 cancellation fee where as the 100% refund policy is clearly stated on the page…interesting. I do not recommend using Cheap Cruises. It feels very scammy to me.

I have book with cheap cruise before and I did not have any problems so I decided to book again.

Highly recommend this Alaskan cruise on Celebrity and cheap cruises.com- they made the booking so easy! The trip was amazing once in a lifetime!!

Reps come and go fast and many have not even seen a cruise ship. Yes, prices can be lower, but service is low as if your rep leaves, no one wants to help you as they didn't get paid. They work on commision and your SOL if your rep leaves the company. I've had 4 reps in 3 years. You find out they are gone when you don't get an email response.
No communication from the comany when you rep leaves. Many cases, I called to let them know they left.

I had called just get a quick question answered... 3 days and 2 hours later I had my answer and the trip of a lifetime booked. I had so, so, sooooo many questions! Each question was answered, and thousands of permutations were calculated, until we landed on the combination that worked best for me.

The initial phone call was dizzying and 3 days later my agent called me to finish answering the original question!

The service was top notch and patient and thoroughly helpful, I really can't recommend them highly enough!

We booked 3 balcony rooms in April for this coming December. When booking the consultant accidentally put one deposit through as Canadian currency. She promised to get it resolved and put another charge on us currency. I have emailed a few times trying to get this resolved and have had no response. So for 4 months I have been waiting for $250.00 to be returned to my credit card.

I've used before, used last night, and will use again.

I can not believe the financial deal I just made. I love cruising and thus monitor a few booking sites and a few cruise company sites pretty constantly. Yet CheapCruises.com is the company i book/but from--because they consistently offer the best deals!!!!!!!

This is the 3rd cruise we’ve booked through CheapCruises, the website is pretty simple & we had no issues with our other 2 bookings, so far so good so we’ll keep using CheapCruises!

Today I tried to use the Shore Excursion credits, $50 x 2, given to me by CruiseCheap.com when I booked my trans Atlantic Princess Cruise about 3 months ago. I accessed my itinerary on the Princess website and selected an excursion for our port stop in St Maarten.
I was told that Princess could not honour the booking and they advised me to contact Cruise Cheap. When I did so I was told that Cruise Cheap did not deal with excursion bookings and they advised me to contact a company called the Shore Excursions Group. This company offered a similar excursion to the Princess trip. The price of the Princess excursion was $49 whilst the Shore Excursion Group offered theirs at $31. Excellent I thought!! However when I tried to complete the booking I found a sliding price scale based on party size and that my wife and I would have to pay $185 EACH for a 3 hour tour. Needless to say I will not using the Cruise Cheap Shore Excursion credit for my excursion. Beware!!
