Worst travel company I have ever dealt with. Bought my tickets online after they wanted to charge me more money to issue my tickets. Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend anyone to buy tickets from them .

Anna was great, she responded to my email for flight changes and rang me straight away. She obtained an exception for flight changes and made sure I was happy and comfortable with the new flights. Anna was a pleasure to deal with and her service for me was excellent.

They are bait and switch scam
Do not trust the cheap prices shown on this site. They use a classic bait-and-switch scam to trap you.First, they lure you in with cheap prices. Once you pay, instead of issuing your actual tickets, they send an email claiming your booking will be finalized in 48 hours.Next, their agents call you. They will aggressively tell you that your ticket does not include any luggage at all—not even a basic cabin bag or personal item. They won't let you speak on the phone, they talk over you, and they actually blame you for booking the ticket. They then try to force you into buying a much longer, more inconvenient flight at a significantly higher cost.If you refuse and ask for your money back, you will face a massive struggle just to get a refund.

Scott was great with customer service. Helping me get what I needed. He was good at explaining what I needed to know and easing the pains of booking flights with the insanely high costs of baggage. Instead of having to pay, he helped me pay for much cheaper with baggage included with my ticket.
