Never buy from this company
Never buy from this company. Even 1* they dont worth it but unfortunatelly I can not remove it. As the other negative 1* review saying here is 100% as it is in the company. Scam. They selling you ticket that they do not have. They do not inform you when you buying that it is restricted as promotional and you will be on waiting list. They do not issue you e tickets and telling urgently to call them. All advicers we talked exeptionally no proffesional, they talk over you explaining that they are helping but at the end they refuse to issue refund saying it is restricted and also you need to wait just before the flight if you want get this promotion price confirmed. Otherwise if you want confirmed e ticket they will tell pay un reasonable prices that you anyway can buy without them in direct airlines page. They absolute scammers. It is very un helpful and not posdible to deal witj them they start hanging up on you and no solution. They create for you problem that will waste your time and money and nerves. Never buy.

Where a selected promotional fare cannot be immediately confirmed, our travel experts are required to contact the customer to explain the situation and discuss the available options. Depending on the live inventory, customers may either proceed with an available alternative fare, subject to their authorization, or request cancellation where applicable. We do not intend to create inconvenience or uncertainty for our customers, and we regret if the process was not communicated to you clearly.

We respectfully disagree with the characterization of our service as a scam. Chris was helpful and professional throughout the process, and I have no complaints about his personal service.
However, my experience with Cheapflyshop overall was very frustrating. I found and purchased a flight ticket online because it was advertised at a very cheap price. After making the payment, I was contacted and told that the fare was a promotional offer and that I would need to wait around five weeks for confirmation.
As I was booking flights for my parents, I needed confirmed tickets so they could plan their travel schedule in advance. I was then offered the option of paying additional money to obtain a confirmed ticket.
This left me feeling trapped because I had already paid for the original booking, and getting my money back did not seem like a straightforward option. From a customer’s perspective, being shown a cheap fare online and then being asked to pay more after purchasing it is extremely frustrating and can feel misleading.
I understand that these conditions may be mentioned in the company’s terms and conditions, but most customers don’t expect that a ticket advertised and purchased online may not actually be confirmed for several weeks.
It may be an effective marketing strategy for the company, but from a customer’s point of view, it can feel like a trap.
My advice: If you want certainty and less stress, I would recommend booking directly through the airline’s website, even if it costs a little more. At least you know exactly what you are paying for and have a confirmed booking.
Chris himself was good, but unfortunately the overall experience with the company has left me disappointed. If you don’t want the headache of dealing with additional charges or uncertainty after paying for a ticket, I would recommend being very careful and considering other options.
