Great ticket from Cheapoflyt
Ben Claire of Cheapoflyt got me a great ticket from Hawaii back to the US on Alaskan Air, and for a very good price. Thank you Ben for your prompt, efficient, personalized service.

We tried to book with them via Google…
We tried to book with them via Google Flights. First, they did not honor the price shown at the time of booking. They called and said that they couldn't reserve the tickets for the same price and increased the price. We still booked with them giving them the benefit of the doubt. We flew our outbound flight but we were not able to fly the return flight due to circumstances and tried to cancel our return flight Initially, they promised a partial refund but that changed later on. Their customer service is a joke. They mention 24X7 on their website but only operate specific hours. After 7 hours of trying to reach them, they changed their promise and accused us of misunderstanding! Stay away and pay a little more to the airline or use other agents.

Glad I picked up the call
When my Cheapoflyt booking was declined, the site said phone to discuss. Given it was 2:00am in NZ, I thought I would try to call tomorrow. A few minutes later I saw a toll free number calling and assumed it was a spam call so I ignored it but they called back two more times. I finally picked up and was so glad I did. Sharon explained why my flight booking was declined and got my authorization to book the changes. It was smooth and she was very professional with great communication and was very pleasant to deal with. I'm grateful they followed up and that she was persistent and followed up. Good save on their part and great service by Sharon, otherwise I might have gone elsewhere.
