False refund service, dont pay additional
Their customer service for changing a flight booking is bad. Don't trust their refund claims, I submitted a refund claim with evidence of recent bad weather in Sri Lanka but they still demand for proof of government announcements, developing countries dont have such an organised system. Even after attacking all required documents, keep asking for more amd more documents. I ended up buying from Trip.com

Bad customs
Hi, your customer service/online agent said will get back to me but nothing happened. No call no emails.
Basically Jeju Air said they will refund my return ticket for CSG-8216658, as I couldn’t board the flight when I reached the gate and they had unloaded my luggage.
Was delayed at the customs due to long queue, plus unnecessary checks as asked me to open almost everything that I was going to carryon the plane, my 3 instrument cases, and belongings etc.
When I reached the boarding gate they said they closed and asked to book another flight back to Singapore

Be aware about buying tickets and its T&Cs...there may be a big surprise when you want to change ticket due to unforeseen situation!
I recently booked a flight ticket via cheaptickets from Singapore to Calcutta return. Paid about SGD 742. Later for an emergency I wanted to change by return date from 31st Dec to 21st Dec. I went to the platform portal that allows one to manage ticket changes. It then led me to a chat agent. He informed that I will need to pay SGD 26 for Airline Changes + SGD 138 for admin fee + airline current price difference. It was all okay until this. Then the agent returned saying the change few is SGD 892. I checked online for a new one way ticket which was SGD 381. The agent could not help me further as probably how cheaptickets arrangement work! I then bought a new one way ticket at SGD 381 directly with the airline and left my original ticket with cheaptickets unaltered. I will be careful about buying tickets next via agent portal!

1) Very slow or no response to my query raised.
2) Not answering to the question raised.
3) No transparency in giving refund details, making me feel I was shortchanged for the refund given through cheaptickets.sg. to me by the airline.

Refund was approved by the airline without penalties. I have email proof of this from the airline. Cheaptickets just has to press a button since they "own" the booking.
THEY WILL NOT DO IT.
No real human support. You never get answers to emails. Always routed through robots.
No Amadeus access.
