Excellent Service and Best Prices!

I had a very good experience booking with Cheapticket. The website has a user-friendly interface that makes searching and booking tickets very simple. Their customer care team is very supportive and responds quickly to queries, which I really appreciate. On top of that, the ticket prices are cheaper compared to other sites, making it a great value overall. Highly recommended!

Robbed by CheapTickets

I used Cheaptickets.sg to for Viet Jet & Spore Airlines. They are a SCAM! Charging me Exorbitant US$39 & S$176.20 for their Website Error Correction.
So, I called Spore Airlines directly and they made CHANGES FREE!
While I wait for VietJet reply me for the Change, Cheaptickets.sg send Invoice to Pay Change Cost with Dateline. To meet dateline, I paid But minutes later Viet Jet replied for a Charge of Only US$4!
Spoke to Mohamed & SaifAli immediately, they confirm to revert Cheaptickets Charge as I have made Direct Dealing with Viet Jet.
Surprisingly, I receive email next saying No Refund for Change, intercepting Viet Jet. So, I was Robbed despite, of S$176.20 over Viet Jet US$4.
I express Caution dealing with Above Staff esp. Pallavi, Kamalakannan. Poor Filthy Client Engagement.

Very difficult to check in

I checked continuosly on the app to check in. I always saw: check in closed. I arrived at the airport 2hours and 50 minutes before take off and there I had to pay 135 euro becose I was to late to check in!! (Later the flight was retarded 45 minutes, so we were more then 3 hours before take off at the Wizzair check-in). I hope Cheaptickets will give better instructions for check-in on their website

1st time purchase air ticket via AIA vitality partnership

The rate is higher than the Trip.com at the same timing . The same seat selection with Trip.com is free but yours needed to pay additional $18 if selected. I therefore have to forgo sitting together with my friend.
To pay additional booking fee is also not acceptable. I was not aware of AIA Vitality 20% discount given at Max &500 only.
However. The system is fast & friendly. .

I bought tickets to Taipei, but due to a small typo, EVA Air charged me USD 50 and Cheapticket charged USD 100 just to correct one word. Very disappointing

I made a cancellation request on 28 Aug 2025 via call to customer service. During the call, it was mentioned that the full amount will be refunded to me if the cancellation was successful.

On 6 Oct, the full amount was refunded back to me after liasing with the customer complaints team.
Thank you for the complaints team for looking into this matter.

Cheap service with high price.

I loosed SGD310 due to error on your website. The date I have selected during the booking was not the date I get after the payment. The customer support was horrible. Thier attitude was like behaving with enemies. Later I saw your google reviews, all put lowest rating, I was not surprised on it.

I’m looking for way how I can legally file a complaint.

Worst customer care service ever

Worst customer care service ever. I’ll put negative review on all google review & other places.
All i wanted to get info about mail id & phone number used with airline while booking but non could help nor could change.
I’ve booked ticket via other platform. They infact put all these detail in ticket itself.

This team is so cunning & making people fool....
Till last day they never done anything.
Finally they made me fly in Economy instead Premium Economy.
