Seamless rebooking
Lea was very helpful in helping to get my flight rebooked after the airline I originally had booked with no longer had seats. She even made sure to call me back after the tickets were issued to ensure I had received them.

Lea Martin is a great agent
It was very easy to find appropriate flights and make reservations with CheapTickets. The only problem I had was with verification of my payment. When making reservations, I gave my wife's phone number and e:mail address while my credit card was linked to my phone and e:mail. CheapTickets left a message asking to call them. When I called, Lea Martin, the agent, very quickly resolved this issue and I received eTickets.

The flight we originally wanted to book was no longer available, so David was very helpful in getting my sister another flight without too much of a difference in price. He dropped off accidentally when my sister merged the calls but he called right back. He was very professional and efficient.

Dissatisfaction, not upholding a confirmed booking.
I just found out that my youngest brother passed away and I was trying to book out of town flights to attend his funeral. After my husband and I going online most of the day, I finally found a flight that would work and booked it and received an email confirmation. I updated my entire family about my itinerary. When I called to ask about purchasing travel insurance, I was told that the seats I booked were no longer available?? I have never experienced anything like this. I spoke with a supervisor and they have no service recovery program or anything to offer their customers when a mishap like this happens on their end. I would not recommend anyone purchase flights with this company since they are very unreliable and don't follow ethical practices.

SCAM BEWARE!!!!
SCAM BEWARE - DONT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. We booked tickets through cheap flight deals from the UK to Dalaman at a good price. After booking we were contacted by an agent to write a positive review in exchange for cheap baggage. We checked in for our flights and were about to leave for the airport when we received a booking cancellation from the airline. We called the airline who cancelled the booking due to a ‘suspicious transaction’ so we had to rebook the flights at a extortionate cost. The customer services barely answer and when they do they take no accountability.
UPDATE: we received the refund and the additional money to cover the additional fare costs after numerous phone calls and lots of stress…
