Ryan, Caroline and the team were great from the very beginning. This carried on throughout the selling period. On the surface, the property was quite attractive: there were lots of viewings, but the house needed modernisation. This was where the team really helped me and also prospective buyers get a real sense of the value of the property and its potential. All the staff we dealt with from Cheffins, Saffron Walden, were a pleasure to deal with: professional, easy to communicate with and quick to understand what we wanted.
