I ordered the beautiful blue giraffe pajamas from Chelsea Peers for myself for my birthday (from what I assumed to be the NY store as that is where I was directed online). I wrote to make sure the the sizes at the NY store would still be a UK size. They said yes, and sent the size conversion chart. The chart says a US Size 12 is a UK size 16, so that is what I ordered. Well, what I got was a US size 16. They were way way too big. And they said XLarge, 16. This was definitely NOT a US size 12. When I reached out to customer service email they did not address the fact that either their size chart is wrong or their US store does not use UK size. They just said if I send them back for a refund that I am responsible for shipping fee to the UK along with any taxes, duties, etc. Terrible customer service. If you send someone the completely wrong size from what they ordered, they should not pay for the mistake. Especially after the customer wrote to make sure about size. Never again will I buy anything here.

I love these Pyjamas, they are such good quality and wash well. I am very impressed with how quickly they arrive, I received them the next day.

My wife gave me these pyjamas for Christmas and they are the loveliest pyjamas I've ever owned. They're so soft, comfortable and exceptionally stylish. I can't recommend them highly enough. I purchased a second pair so I've got one to wear when my other set is in the wash. I highly recommend them - the stripe button up long pyjama set in sage green. Wonderful. - Professor Simon Morris

I have always been a massive fan of Chelsea Peers products and regularly buy pjs for presents etc as they’re top quality however recently I had an issue with a purchase and contacted CP. Their customer service was second to non, fast replies and they came up with a solution quickly. A really lovely company who cares about their customers. Thank you Chelsea Peers!

Ordered something and then realised immediately that my partner had already ordered one so emailed customer service within minutes to cancel the order. Was told the next day that it was too late to cancel the order and I would have to pay to return it. Not impressed and won’t use them again.

I purchased two sets of pyjamas in December after washing one of the sets following the recommended 30 degree wash the bottoms have shrunk in length. I have gone on the website to contact customer services and they are near impossible to reach, there is no contact number, the message I sent last night said error with this page once submitted, the watts app link doesn’t work, the online chat says they will be in contact when someone is online and I sent an email this morning but am unsure if it actually sent!
I’m very unhappy as they are not the cheapest of pyjamas and after one wash this should not have happened.

If I could vote no stars I would. The fabric is thin and stretchy and feels really cheap. No way the quality you would expect for the price. There sizes are a joke the adult pyjamas are big enough to fit 3 people in them and I brought my Yorkipoo the sizes bigger in them because she has health issues I like them to cover all her back so I went with the cockapoo size pyjamas knowing she is half the size of one of them so this would be big and baggy on her.
The size I received there is no way a cockapoo would fit in this unless it was afew week old.
You be lucky for it to even fit a chihuahua.
Contact them once I seen them to get them returned and they want me to pay postage and no refund. The items I received was nothing like they state and not worth the money. A big NO from Mr I definitely won't buy again or recommend

I ordered a pair of pyjamas for my daughter, they arrived by post this morning.
I was staggered that they had actually made it to her given the state of the box.
Part of the reason for buying these fairly expensive pyjamas was that they should have arrived beautifully boxed; this was not my experience.
The end of the box was missing and the items shoved in.
Neither special or what I’d paid for.

I have just received notification of a £3.95 refund as a gesture of goodwill for the packaging costs incurred. Not overwhelmingly generous, however, a gesture nonetheless. Thank you.

I had a really good customer service experience recently with Chelsea Peers. Prompt responses, dealt with immediately and professionally. Must be applauded.

Men Beware. I was given a pair of men's pyjamas for Christmas but it was not until I put them on I realised there was no slit at the front to allow easy weeing. I contacted the firm and was told in a prompt reply that none of their men's pyjamas have this feature but since I had tried them on was not allowed to return them. I would NOT advise any man expecting normal pyjamas to buy these. I have written to the firm suggesting it would be very helpful if they indicated very clearly on their website that none of the men's pyjamas have the slit at the front and to make sure also it is in the packaging so that men are warned before they put them on and so are able to return them if not suitable. It is a shame as the materials is very comfortable but I would not buy them.

The Christmas pyjamas I bought online from a marketplace made of polyester, which I only noticed later—my fault. It makes both me and my husband sweat. My daughter wore it for a photo but didn't want to wear it at night because it's not comfy. Last but not least, the neck became misshapen after washing. Too late for me to ask for a refund. But you don’t waste your money on these product you cannot use

Bought a Christmas set from M&S which was so comfy so bought the Nutcracker set directly from Chelsea Peers site. Lovely soft pj's. My only disappointment is the attention to detail in the lining up of the pattern as the sleeves and around the neck are not equal and this makes them look cheap which of course they are not. I really feel that the attention to detail was not there and this isn't good enough for a pair of pj's this pricey.

These are terrible quality- sorry - the polyester fabric is awful. It was my partner who bought them as a surprise.
Who likes polyester pyjamas?! Yuk.

I have the vibrant red pjs with giraffes on them. The pjs look gorgeous and appear high quality however sadly they dyed our bedsheets red when I wore them!

Fantastic quality product, quick delivery & lovely packaging. I ordered the wrong size pjs by mistake as a Christmas present, so I emailed customer service to ask for help and, unfortunately, I was unable to return them, but they still gave me a gift card for the full value. I was so impressed with this generous offer, I will 100% be a returning customer. Excellent customer service! :)

Fabulous helpful service

As a first time customer of a new company which i have never used before i was a little bit nervous when i had to ask to return an item and exchange it. Unfortunately the company is not set up for exchanges but they gave me a really acceptable work around.
I have to say the customer service from this company was EXCELLENT/TOP NOTCH! from my first interaction to my last they were extremely helpful and nothing was every too much trouble.
If you are thinking or considering ordering from this company, do....... (especially their pj's which are the softest i have every purchased!)

Great quality product. Issue with initial delivery method due to time of year, but I contacted the customer service department and they had dispatched a replacement same day and it was delivered the next morning. I cannot fault the service that was provided
