Order processed quickly but just cannot…
Order processed quickly but just cannot get any info regarding delivery and the app they suggested I use is quite torturous and gave up. Still waiting for delivery response from them which they say they are working very hard to reply to.

They sent me 2 pack and not the 4 pack…
They sent me 2 pack and not the 4 pack item I ordered and won’t reply to emails . I also rang them and still no action from them.
I have to use PayPal to get some action.
UPDATE
After resending the emails and Threatening to go to PayPal I have now received a replacement item in the post

Quick next day delivery as promised
Quick next day delivery as promised. I was a little surprised to find the bottle, instructions and folded box all loose in the delivery bag.

i ordered a shower chair that was due…
i ordered a shower chair that was due to be delivered 24th / 25th of Nov 2021. On the 2nd of Dec 2021 i contacted them asking what was happening as i hadnt recieved it. 8th of Dec i recieved an email from "Jane" saying they would look into it.
I still havent heard or recieved anything, Rip off , took my money sent nothing ! BEWARE !

Poor advertising, response and product
Well, who in the right mind buys only 2 chair raises cups? As far I remember and seen over 50 years, the chairs have 4 feet and yet it wasn't clearly specified, if any, that you have to buy 2x2 to fit one chair. The email was also deceiving.
I did email the chemist to complain but no response back, as I have to return the 2 chair connected cups.
