Chemist Connect Opiniões

Fast delivery.

Not a lot to say here because the transaction went so smoothly. This is the second time I’ve bought from them. They’re one of very few places that sells the specific item. So far orders are promptly shipped and I’m happy and will be a returning customer.

Very good service from order to delivery, great communication which gives you confidence to continue ordering through them

Items ordered were in stock and competitively priced. The order was processed straight after the weekend and delivered quickly.

A simple straightforward and very efficient service from point of order to quick dispatch and delivery.

A regular customer. First class service and products at good prices. 100% reliable and l will continue to use and recommend.

Great prices and fast delivery. Will most definitely re order… five star ⭐

Product came on time.

Excellent service Thank you

Very pleased with the service provided. Placing an order was very easy and my item was delivered promptly.

Found what I needed at a good price and it was delivered fast.

No problems from ordering to delivery.

I ordered 2 parcels from this company. One was delivered. The other was not. I tried to contact the company by email and their web contact form several times but received no response after 12 days. There was no telephone number listed on their website. I called a number based in Northern Ireland listed on Google but this was disconnected. I tried a mainland number which said it was manned between 11am - 1pm on Fridays (Chemist Connect but not SolasPharma) but was not. After publishing a TrustPilot review, the company requested additional information; apologised and offered to resend and extra product. I received one parcel with 6 of the 10 promised items, and then one parcel with 2 items. After several emails, the company couldn't provide the final two items but did refund the balance.

I placed an order and 2 weeks later it hasn’t arrived.
I have sent emails requesting more information and not received a reply.
Very disappointed as you were recommended.
The item is a birthday gift and now it won’t arrive in time

Update.
Parcel received.
No message or acknowledgment from customer services.
Would not recommend, I am not sure you would ever get a response from them if you needed to.

I couldn’t find the product I was after in my local pharmacy so decided to get it online. It arrived a few days later in the post.

Amazing service, quick delivery and the process to ordering the item was quick easy and informative, the item was cheaper online compared to retails locally. I will definitely be getting my refils from this company again. Thank you 🥰

Great price for my product & fast delivery!
