Received products though the oil had spilled all over the package. Active Communication after purchase would also be really nice with respect to delivery timeline. Overall, happy with products purchased.

Great Goods but long wait for delivery
The four products I ordered on 02 September under Order No 424778 were great. However, I had to write a chasing e-mail on 09-September-2026 15:56 to get an update as to when delivery was to actually take place. The package was eventually delivered via Royal Mail on 12 September and in my view ten days is really too long a period to wait for goods to be received.

Fake aftershaves
This company sold me fake David Beckham Beyond forever aftershave!
Used it for years and bought 3 bottles of them but they are fake ! Smell nothing like real thing.
Asked for refund but it was refused.

I ordered two packs of Seven Seas Cod Liver oil 120 capsules on 31/08/2926. i.e. 240 Capsules, roughly 8 months supply.
The packages arrived on 05/09/2026. The expiry date of the product was December 2026. i.e. four months left for 8 months supply.
This is very bad management. Luckily, We are two people sharing it. Even then the product will expire few days before we finish it.
