The products are beautiful, however I got sent the wrong colour of a set. I have contacted twice and still no reply. 🤷‍♀️

I ordered 2 items as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. The delivery was meant to be within 2 weeks. When I hadn't received my product after 2 weeks, I emailed them to chase my order. I was advised it was delayed due to the Royal Mail strike. I then tracked my order, which advised my delivery was with the courier Evri (so had never been with Royal Mail!). Tracking advised that it had been delivered on 10th December. I had several deliveries from Evri in the run up to Christmas and this definitely wasn't delivered.
I contacted Cherry Diva again who said I should chase it up with the courier! After several back and forth emails, with me insisting on a refund, as I had since purchased an alternative gift, I was told I had to fill in a form. What a joke of a company. I still haven't received my product or refund. I will not be using this site again! Terrible service.

I ordered with a 10% off code but when I completed my order there was a banner on the home page saying 25% off everything. I also thought what I bought was a set of earrings not one, which admittedly is my error but I’m not sure why anyone would want only one earplug earring. Pretty disappointed

Well apart from how amazing the piercings are, I get many compliments but not only that the shipping was super fast and you definitely can’t complain about the prices neither.

Very disappointed . My item was dispatched 22 days ago and still haven't received it. I was blocked on Facebook messenger for enquiring about it and several emails remain unanswered. I

Absolutely awful company! Their customer service is shocking and their jewellery is crap and tacky. They ignore you over email and have no other way of contacting them. I sent my order back over 2 weeks ago and have not had an email confirmation, a refund or even a reply from them!! Disgusting. Would definitely NOT recommend this company. Keeping my money and having their jewellery back. Also took over a week to arrive so a lot later than they said.

They sent a wrong item in my order. I contacted them to inform them of the mistake with pictures the same day I received them 30/09/22 They were very nice by email and said they would resend the correct item. 30/10/22 Contacted again to see if they had sent them out, they said they had been sent out on 3/10/22 and for me to confirm that I hadn’t had them yet. I told them again I never received it and they never got back to me.
I have since emailed twice for a refund 12/11/22 and 18/11/22 still no reply.
Shame it couldn’t be resolved as I love the other item I ordered. I won’t order from these again.
