Terrible service
Terrible service. One package (ordered in February) got lost, took them month till second one arrived meanwhile I already took somewhere else. Second package was sent back (April) to them as refund but until this day I still haven’t receive money back. 3 months passed since I returned them. Awful scam. I do not recommend.
19.7. UPDATE: after receiving answer on my review I wrote them again. NO ANSWER at all. Definitely gonna share this experience on socials.

Bought the twisted septum ring and it tore up my nose. After 5 days I had to get it remember from a piercer and he said they shouldn’t be sold tapered. I bought a black nose ring which I love. You win some you lose some. Would still buy from site just not one that it’s smooth.

This was the first time i ordered nose rings from Cherry Diva and I can honestly say that I was impressed with my purchase. The delivery was quick and the item was so beautifully packaged. I would definitely recommend to other people to use cherry diva :)

The jewellery is pretty but it’s cheap
The jewellery is pretty but it’s cheap, I was lead to believe it was proper sterling silver. I’ve showered a couple of times with the items in & they’ve turned green and infected my ears. I threw them in the bin. You get better jewellery on eBay.
That’s fine I will not order from you again, you’re very rude. I have loads of piercings & know exactly what I’m doing. No wonder your reviews are so bad!! Stop selling rubbish for expensive prices. All CherryDiva items are made out of nickel. No apologies for giving me an infection basically their jewellery is to be used once & thrown away. Another Chinese company pretending to be British!!!

Thank you for your review. I can see that you placed this order back in August 2022. I can also see from the order that you did not purchase any sterling silver jewellery - the majority of the jewellery we sell is surgical grade steel, brass or titanium, however the materials used to produce the jewellery is clearly stated on the product page.
Please note it is also generally advised to keep jewellery clean and dry as much as possible to keep your jewellery in the best possible shape, as I can see that you ordered a number of items made from brass, which generally does not react well to water exposure.

I was looking for a new tongue bar for ages, wanted a sparkly, non scratchy one, found this & it was perfect, will definitely re order from Cherry Diva again!!
