Terrible. Looks like a plastic nose ring you’d get at a discount centre when you were 5 as part of a Disney princess set. Awful

Quality is really bad, I have received a broken one but because has been taken out of the box I won’t get a replacement or refund. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I was recommended this company by my piercer so I was confident in placing an order. I ordered lots of earrings. They arrived quickly, lovely packaging but earrings are cheap rubbish you expect to pay £1 for but they are very expensive. The earring look NOTHING like they do in the online photos. I made a partial return and what a hassle that was. I had to print out my order form and trail back numerous emails to find another random number they required. I think they make returning hard so you just don’t bother and keep the cheap jewellery they sell. I will never order from them again. I eventually received a refund after sometime. I just wish I’d sent the whole lot back. Oh and you’ve to pay for return. Avoid at all cost.

My daughter loves cherry diva jewellery, particularly the belly bars. We have shopped with them several times. We had a slight problem for the first time, where a part was missing. Emailed the customer services who responded very quickly (same day on a Sunday) and rectified by sending out a replacement. Very happy with products and service.

Absolutely love cherrydiva. I received my first order today and I am so incredibly happy with it that I’m only going to shop with them from now on.
I have always wanted a small gemstone that wasn’t a screw head for my monroe piercing but could never find one until now it pushes in Its super cute comfortable to wear.

Faulty faulty faulty scammers! Won't reply to my emails, have replied once asking for video evidence & then asking me to PAY to return the quite obviously faulty jewellery. Now ignoring all emails! HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Unfortunately one of the belly bars I ordered was replaced with a different one inside my package, However I emailed customer service and they replied to me within an hour and fixed the issue by sending the correct replacement!

whenever I’ve had to use customer services they have always replied to me that day, or next day and have been very helpful

The item was never received. I reached out to customer services multiple times to request help and have had nothing back. I have no item and no refund.
Will not purchase from this company again!

I accidentally put my wrong address on the shipping label and they worked it out within hours. I love their jewelry and will be getting more when i get paid!!!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This has been the worst company I have ever bought from. They’re selling overpriced unfit for purpose body jewellery and then refuse to answer emails or offer a refund. I sent pictures of the terrible state my belly bar ended up in after only having it a few weeks, it was supposed to be surgical steel and gold plated, more like it was made from some cheap rubbish! It completely tarnished and discoloured, the charm actually broke off, and for the price you’re paying there it was a nearly £20 belly ring which isn’t even worth £2! I have had better quality bars for £2! Their customer service is awful they literally ignore emails and refuse to rectify the situation and offer a refund even after I sent multiple pictures of how the belly bar had ended up. They then wanted me to send it back to them to be inspected even though I’ve sent them pictures already so not sure what more they’d be inspecting, anyway I agreed as I wanted my refund as it’s a completely faulty and unfit item. And they never got back to me despite me sending multiple chasers and requests. I just wanted my money back. They’re basically scammers because what they sell does not match what the product is, I’m considering reporting them to trading standards because it’s completely false advertising and then refusing to engage in any communication. I also wrote this review on their website and they deleted it straight away. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Nice products, fast delivery, good customer service if you need help

I was really disappointed with my order. The nose ring I received was not the same as the product shown on the website. To make matters worse, I had to pay for the return postage myself. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.
If the correct items are being sent, why are so many customers returning them, including me? My order clearly wasn't right, and judging by the number of similar complaints, I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. I'm very disappointed with both the product and your response, which doesn't address my concerns or make any sense. I would appreciate a proper explanation and a suitable resolution.
By the way I have sent my item back to you!!

I ordered 3 identical replacement posts, of which 2 would not screw onto the earring also purchased (despite all being the correct size). I contacted customer service as obviously 2 were faulty and they wanted me to return at my own costs, after several emails back and forth. The customer service were rude and unhelpful. Definitely would not recommend, please get your jewellery from elsewhere.

The absolute worst. I have contacted them twice to say one item didn’t even arrive and one has become discoloured in two days and I haven’t had a response to either message. They say their products are suitable for certain piercings and it’s a complete lie. I bought a conch piercing in the largest size and it didn’t fit at all not even close and I have very normal size ears. Just go to a professional piercer to buy jewellery. This place isn’t worth it. In response to their BS about not finding the order number. I have screenshots. I also find it funny I already provided further info when I first did my review and now there is no link to do that. SCAM

Shipping is fast but customer service is awful. One product has degraded after a week of wear, I've contacted them more than once and had one unsatisfactory response. Very unhappy.

Lovely company to deal with - my belly button bar arrived within 2-3 working days in beautiful packaging and the bar itself was just stunning! I will definitely be using them again!

PLEASE do not ever buy from this website. this star stud is not. worth the money. the material it is made from is HORRIBLE and is not something you should have in your ear at all. i did not know this as their jewelry came up when i searched IMPLANT GRADE TITANIUM so i got it put into my helix at a professional piercing studio, it genuinely became embedded immediately and my skin began closing over the TINY flatback on the back of the stud and i only noticed a week later as my ear was SO SWOLLEN that i couldn’t see. i am sitting here writing this review after having to go back to the studio, which has resulted in me having a TWELVE millimetre titanium (the material this jewelry SHOULD be made from) stud - the stud i got was 6mm and now i am at 12 due to HOW MUCH swelling i experienced and am still actively experiencing from this cherry diva star stud. the jewelry change took half an hour, two piercers, two clamps and FIVE BLOODY q tips. this has genuinely been the worst experience of my life and has probably set back my healing another 6 months due to how much trauma my piercing channel has gone through. my head is pounding and my ear is THROBBING and just would not stop bleeding earlier. stay away from this website unless you want to feel the worst pain of your life ever. seriously

DO NOT BUY BELLYBUTTON HOOPS i brought one and put it on thinking all was fine now it will not come of at all the latch is completely faulty and jammed. I am now going to have to pay to have it professionally removed. Idk about other products but DO NOT BUY BELLYBUTTON HOOPS
