Utterly frustrating. Despite pairing successfully with my smart TV, and with my settings indicating English is the preferred language for the app itself, every time I go to my orders it defaults to Italian! As for actually playing the film I've rented (via a code courtesy of the Telegraph; order number f7a318b4-e1e0-46e9-91da-2a0657134ae5), it simply goes round in circles when I hit the 'continue playing' button and sends me back to the home page.

For reasons I can't fathom, it works on my smartphone - but who wants to watch a tiny screen when there's a nice big modern TV available? I appreciate it could be my TV responsible, but I'm not having any similar problems with other apps. The usual 'switch everything off, unplug and try again' has been tried several times without success. Looking at other reviews I'm far from alone...

Unhappily I have only 48 hours to watch and time is ticking, so I've given up.

Won't bother again, even with a free code - the films available aren't particularly enticing.

Ho pagato un film e lo schermo è diventato nero e . Trascorsi i giorni di noleggio non era poi disponibile l’acuisto. Avrei dovuto ricomperarlo. SCONSIGLIO di acquistare film su questa pessima piattaforma.

Dopo più di un mese, problema risolto.

Svaluto nuovamente in quanto il botta e risposta per risolvere la problematica (NON ANCORA RISOLTA) avviene ogni 10 giorni.
È inconcepibile che ad ogni risposta bisogna attendere almeno altri 10 giorni ogni volta per una controrisposta!

Ho ricevuto finalmente una risposta, ora attendo l'esito per la risoluzione della problematica.
Aggiorno a 3 stelle, per ora.

Ho un problema da una settimana, c'è un ticket aperto e non rispondono né in chat su Facebook, né via mail.

I have watched films on Chili before with no problems. I bought a film on June 1st after watching the trailer. The film would not play and you only have 48 hours to watch. I made sure the smart TV was up to date and even rebooted it but the film still would not play. To add insult to injury, when I tried to play it, I saw "continue watching" and clicked on it. But just a blank screen. I contacted Chili using the web form and giving screen shots of the issue.and got a response n. 41406 and an assurance they would respond. 5 days later, nothing. Lousy customer service. I have now raised a disupte on the transaction with Mastercard
Update: 7/6/24. Chili have finally replied, 6 days after I contacted them. They ask me to try playing the film on another device. Since it was a 38 hour rental, pretty useless. They also want me to send them a video of what happened although I described it very well with screenshots. How can I do this since it was a 48 hour rental?

Pessimi ! Ho comprato un film dopo essermi registrata, il pagamento risulta e si sono presi i soldi da satispay ma non c è alcuna traccia dell acquisto. Uso da anni Prime e Netflix e sono abituata a transazioni on line . Mai capitato nulla di simile!

Una VERGOGNA! ho acquistato alcuni film, dopo qualche tempo ho provato a rivederli ma l audio dopo 1 secondo sparisce.
Ho contattato l assistenza Chili a dicembre 2023, siamo a fine Aprile 2024 e ancora non posso vedere ciò che ho acquistato.
Ho ricevuto solo risposte automatiche e senza soluzione.

Just really not worth bothering with IMHO - I get a free rental voucher from another subscription source each month and I can rarely find anything worth redeeming it on. For example, I fancied the latest Michael Caine film which is available on several other streaming platforms, but not on Chili. Total waste of time!

MENTONO CONTINUAMENTE. Nonostante tantissime recensioni praticamente tutte uguali sul disservizio, continuano candidamente a rispondere sempre con le stesse parole: "mi dispiace", "vi è stato un inconveniente", ecc.ecc.. Ma non vi vergognate?? evidentemente NO

Prawie dwa miesiące temu zgłosiłam, że wykupiony film nie działa. Niestety usterka do dziś nie została usunięta. Kupionego filmu w dalszym ciągu nie mogę oglądać, na maila z prośbą o zwrot kosztów dostaję informację, że "pracują nad usterką". Oszuści i tyle, sprawę zgłosiłam do UOKiK.

Gift card Vanini. Film compresi nella promozione la gran parte non disponibili. Almeno toglieteli dall’elenco. Ho provato con quattro film, quelli disponibili sono inguardabili. Poco male non ho speso nulla, e mai lo farò su Chili

Chili is the worst streaming service EVER!!! First they give you the chance to watch free movies then put a hundred commercials every five minutes, lame!!!! It’s slow, it freezes, I could’ve watched the same movie four times on a different streaming app. Definitely do not recommend!

Leggevo tutti questi commenti negativi infatti non volevo assolutamente buttare i soldi ma tanto per 3€ ci ho provato a noleggiare “vogliamo vivere!” film che non trovavo in italiano o sottotitolato da nessuna parte e la visione del film è andata benissimo, nessun problema di nessun tipo, per me in questo caso chili è stato perfetto.

Ho noleggiato un film vecchio a 2.99 euro...( Fuga di mezzanotte)..impossibile da vedere...My chili non si apre mai....l app non funziona....se non siete in grado di offrire un servizio almeno comunicatelo e rimborsate i Vs clienti........pessimo ..!!!!

Anche 0 avrei dato. È possibile fare una truffa del genere? Convincere le persone a accedere gratis, accettando la pubblicità, facendo crede che vi è la possibilità di vedere dei film, che invece non possono essere visti. È possibile solo vedere i trailer, che senso ha. Ho sentito anche di gente che, pur pagando, non è riuscita a fruire del contenuto. Quando chiude la vostra azienda?

Ottima app e ottimi contenuti, peccato che non esista un abbonamento stile Netflix a tot euro al mese perché questa piattaforma avrebbe tutte le potenzialità!!!

Lousy, paid my first month, never got an email on how to access, etc. I did get an email about referring it though, haha. Went onto the chat section requesting info…never got a reply. Guess I can kiss that $30 away. Crooks in my estimation at this juncture!.
