I received a free rental code from Vodafone for Chili and thought I’d try it out to watch a movie.

Before I start, I’d like to give some context and add that like many of us I use a number of legitimate streaming services, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney etc.

For our internet we use a virgin media and have a high download rate and speed from our ISP.

I chose to rent the John wick 4 movie and the site itself was simple to use and select a movie (great start).

After 2 mins of searching arching the movie the buffering commenced and repeated for a minute a time every few minutes. By my math this would have added an extra hour to a 3hr film.

After giving it a chance for 10 mins I rest our router then tried again with the same result. I then tried their competition and all works seamlessly.

Their site simply gives indicator that it’s our fault and not theirs. By checking the reviews this doesn’t seem isolated and likely why they are giving a free rental to Vodafone when their tech and servers simply are not up to scratch.

Anyway I’ve wasted more time than I’d like to simply to help save others the time and potentially money on a service which is substandard.

If you had the honesty to show when your severs can/can’t handle the traffic I would give you more credit but to only play a blame game and state it is only ever the end user at fault is shameful

Mesi fa ho visto aggiornato il sistema e non era più disponibile la wishlist su smarttv; ora è tornata disponibile, ma ultimamente sono stati rimossi dal catalogo un sacco di titoli, e di caratura, per giunta.
Non mi va di aprire account ovunque e avere film sparsi qua e là, ma spero vivamente che i titoli rimossi dal catalogo vengano reintegrati, anche perché ne sono stati rimossi tantissimi. Nel complesso niente male, ma vedere che metà dei titoli inseriti in wishlist non sono più disponibili non è il massimo.

I called on 7/12/2023 and spoke to Lacey at the Chili's on Millerville at 10:53 am and 3:07 pm to inquire about my favorite drink "Tropical Sunrise" which I had not had since before Covid. I was asked to call back after 2:30 because a bartender wasn't confirmed for the evening. I called at 3:07 pm and Lacey told me to come on in and I would be taken good care of. Obviously, the evening crew didn't get the message. We arrived and ordered drinks. My friend received 3 drinks; I asked why was my drink continuously overlooked. I was finally told by the manager that they stopped serving this drink a month ago; however, the person I spoke to twice said it could be made. My friend's appetizer came out incorrect and my dinner was incorrect. They offered to correct it but at this point, I decided to cancel my order altogether. My main purpose for eating there was to get the drink I hadn't had since pre-covid.

I would also like to mention when arriving we were told that the main dining area was closed because the AC was not working. It also appears they were extremely short-staffed.

My experience was not good. I would give them a negative 10.

La pubblicità ogni 5, 10, minuti non la tollero, essendo cliente Tim, ed avendo Tim Vision era meglio prima, 0 pubblicità.

Ho acquistato un film, impossibile vederlo serenamente… pubblicità ogni 5 min. 4 spot . Posso capire la pubblicità nel film gratis ma a pagamento non è accettabile, delusa.

Nonostante abbia pagato 3,99€ per la visione di un film intitolato “black water: abyss’, ci sono continue e numerosissime interruzioni pubblicitarie. Impossibile vedere un film in queste condizioni.

Ho una connessione potentissima eppure il film va a singhiozzo, 3 euro buttati, ok non 3mila euro, ma che presa per i fondelli dai…

Si blocca ad ogni inizio pubblicità come mai?

Purtroppo non posso dare meno di una stella. Film gratis orribili. Pochissima scelta. pubblicità invadente.
Capisco che è gratis ma essere maltrattati così anche no.

Strona beznadziejna. Film nie ładuje się. Często wyskakuje błąd i nie da się oglądać

Bought a box set from CHILI and the issue is, it’s never yours and the platform just buffers all the time. CHILI will likely fold at some point as it’s a poor alternative. When it folds it will of course fold with your bought films.

l'app però è limitata e continua a bloccarsi.
Inoltre ho acquistato alcuni film deglia anni 80/90 e la qualità è veramente scarsa, nonostante fosse indicato HD. E il prezzo era lo stesso che offrono altra piattaforme come GooglePlay, Itunes,...

E scordatevi pure i film "gratis con pubblicità": semplicemente inguardabili, non ti puoi neanche gustare il film con la quantità di pubblicità che ti blocca la visione; DUE, dico DUE spot da 1:30 minuti, impossibili da saltare! Ed è pure peggio quando sposti il cursore per andare in un altro punto del film; anche se so lo sposti solo di un minuto ... PAM! PUBBLICITà!

Oltre a questo aggiungo la mancanza di sottotitoli.

AGGIORNAMENTO: in seguito al messaggio inviatomi da Chili ho provato a seguire la procedura indicata ma dopo aver dato la descrizione del problema, il sistema continua a indicare che devo scrivere un testo di almeno 5 lettere e nonostante la mia descrizione soddisfi le caratteristiche, non riesco a procedere all'invio

Ottimo servizio, ho oramai oltre 30 film nel mio catalogo personale. Mai un problema. Ottimo servizio.

TRASH, worst platform. UX designers should find new careers...

Ho provato a vedere un film "gratis con pubblicità". La pubblicità è partita subito, poi ogni 10 minuti si sono ripetuti gli stessi spot. 40 minuti prima della fine del film tutto si è bloccato e non è stato possibile riprendere da dove si era interrotto. Ovviamente si può far scorrere avanti veloce ma solo di pochi secondi alla volta, e sempre con le interruzioni pubblicitarie. Pessimo

Film jak najbardziej do wypozyczenia ..... do momentu wyporzyczenia. Po tym bardzo im przykro ale okazalo sie ze film jest niedostepny. Moze chodzi o to ze sprzedawana jest usluga .... mozesz sobie zaplacic za wyporzyczenie ale ogladanie juz jest czyms niepojetym i nie wchodzi w sklad pakietu

Marnie, 15 minut walczyłem aby na filmie menu uzyskać oryginalny język z polskimi napisami. Na telefonie napisy są ale przy wrzuceniu na chromecast który niby jest wspierany napisów nie ma. Po wielu próbach włączenia napisów dałem sobie spokój i obejrzałem z lektorem.

Paid my money and got to see a brilliant film - no issues whatsever. I found CHILI after experiencing real pain at Curzon.
