was unable to fix my toilet blockage so rang Chiswick plumbing, same day service which was very much appreciated, also disabled so it was essential to have it fixed. The workman was very polite and friendly, I would recommend them to all my friends.

Unfortunately last night I accidentally…
Unfortunately last night I accidentally dropped my small partial denture down the sink in the bathroom with the tap running. So I immediately turned the tap off, and rang Chiswick Plumbing for their help. They advised that we should not use the sink, and that they would send someone early this morning, which they did. Zaid arrived just after 8am, and after I explained my predicament, he had the problem solved within a very short time..... and rescued the denture for me. I was and am so thrilled. As well as being very patient and knowledgeable, he was also kind, and we would not hesitate in recommending him at any time. Coralie van Etten.

plumbing services
I rang Chiswick Plumbing late yesterday regarding a problem with a Hot Water service at my rental property.
The technician was at the property this morning at 7 am and I received a quote soon after and after I accepted it the job was done by mid morning.
I particularly noted that both the receptionist and technician were helpful and intelligently handled our communications.
I have used the services of Chiswick Plumbing before and would have no hesitation in recommending them as an honest, efficient company.

Chiswick were prompt, honest and transparent
Chiswick were prompt in response to the original call and were honest and transparent however the wrong parts were ordered or supplied so we were not able to use the toilet from Friday to Tuesday. That's only minor as we have other facilities however this should not be a regular occurrence.

Nice experience
Our gas hot water heater broke down after 20+ years of working. Found Chiswick magnet from my fridge and called them. Their response was fast and sent a plumber came to my place within 1.5 hours. The plumber Nicholas took the heater down and contacted company to make sure next morning between 8~10am ( Saturday)some one will bring a new one and install it. Around 9am Steven and Barry arrived, they did very clean job and after job done, Steven went though instructions to make sure we know which one is which and what we need to do every 6 months. Very nice experience with Chiswick.

leaking toilet fixed plus new fittings
Needed a leaking toilet fixed. Plumbers arrived same day and on time.The problem was explained to me and the job carried out promptly and mess cleaned up.
Also needed new fittings in my bathrooms and was given advice on choosing.
Plumbers returned and installed new fittings. It is not easy selecting or changing over to newer versions but this was done extremely well.
Both plumbers were friendly, polite and helpful .Thank you.

Emergency Order and Pipe Relining
Chiswick were the Emergency Plumbers we commissioned to carry out our full rebuild of our main sewer system, and laying 21ms of Pipe Relining on our old terracotta pipes which were cracking due to age.
Zaid, Chase, Matthew, Steven and their team from Chiswick, along with Adam and his team from the pipe relining company subcontracted to do the relining job, undertook the job 24hrs after the initial contact. And they completed the project in 4 days during Covid lockdowns in Sydney. Which was amazing in itself.
Although a costly exercise ( we paid nearly $26,000) you could not fault the excellent result, and the attention to detail to get the job done was second to none.
Each day the team turned up on time if not earlier, to start the massive job. They spoke to our neighbors to keep them informed of what was going on. And they were courteous and respectful at all times.
At the end of each day they cleaned up any mess, so they could start fresh the following day.
I cannot recommend Chiswick plumbing highly enough. Their standard of work is 10 out of 10. And we have been very happy with what we got.
The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because there is room for improvement when it comes to quoting for the job. There was a lot of confusion and angst to understand exactly what we were paying for and what was and what was not included. Their automated quoting system on their Apple IPads allowed for quick quotes. However, better care on measurements and clarity of the work being done, could include more detail. Thus, the customer needs to be on the ball and to read the quote carefully before signing off. Otherwise, you could get a nasty surprise.
Chiswick has access to the latest plumbing technology, and has quality industry contacts to get what needs to be done by the right people. They also have the manpower to start a project immediately, and to complete it to our satisfaction.
We send our best wishes to the boys, and would not hesitate to recommend Chiswick to any home owner requiring major plumbing work to be done to their home.
