Chris Alsop Guitar Opiniões

Excellent item, delivery on time.

Excellent. well designed and thought out products. Good value and good quality tools.
Arrived in good time.

Handy, good quality tools that get the job done quickly and well. Prompt delivery too.

Great crowning files , great service 👍

I needed to dress the ends of the frets on the fingerboard of my Telecaster; due to contraction of the neck the fret ends protruded slightly which was uncomfortable, The tool provided by Chris Alsop is perfect for the job and comes with accessories to protect the fingerboard and polish up the job. Recommended.

Very helpful via email, and product was shipped quickly and as described

Easy to use website, good communication and quick postage. All round excellent service.

I bought an oversized custom bone bridge / saddle from Chris via Ebay, to replace a ready made item that didn't fit my Ibanez acoustic properly (it leaned at a slight angle due to being too narrow). The bone saddle he made for me was exactly right, and as stated in the included instructions, very marginally over sized, so that I could sand it down a little to get an exact fit in the slot (sandpaper was provided 😉).

I received this item in February 2024, but only got around to fitting it today. The guitar now definitely sounds better: louder, brighter and more sustain.

Superb craftsmanship and service, as ever. Many thanks.

Very nice tools, delivered promptly, and supplied with some very useful advice sheets

Absolutely first class, excellent product at a great price, packed with care and loads of advice offered aswell, for free, thanks very much, I'm sure I will be back for more.

Having used this company a few times now, I have came to the conclusion that items they have supplied have been excellent quality.

I've bought several tools from Chris over the last few weeks and they've all been of exceptional quality. The effort and detail they go to to ensure you have all the instructions etc really is fantastic customer service.

Excellent service

Another quality item from Chris, and a really quick turn around in creating a new nut to the specifications I provided. I've only got the nut fitted temporally at the moment as I need to get it seated correctly first, but it's significantly better in terms of both look and sound than the two I'm replacing (I had went from a zero glide to back to the original nut, where the slots were to low after a refret using tools from Chris Alsop, which I also recommend). I'm looking forward to getting the nut seated correctly (issue with nut slot on guitar, nut is perfect) and using the guitar in anger again...

Thank you Chris and team. Always great service and product made with care!

My first experience with this company, but won’t be my last
Excellent service, great product
5*

Excellent service and products.

Above and beyond service and great quality products, and bomb proof packaging, will definitely be ordering from them again.

The caring way to try and find a well overdue Royal Mail delivery and when it was eventually received the swift turn round of the production of the bone saddle.
The return was very swift and I am very grateful to Sharon and Chris for the way they reacted to a possible difficult position not of their making.
Great company!
