The process took much longer than one day. They wanted a lot of in-depth information and didn't even understand information we gave them. We had perfect payment history for more than 15 years and money in the bank and they denied us offhand with an email.

What a great experience my church had with Griffin Capital Funding. I was searching for refinancing for my churches mortgage and I was shocked at how many banks just don't want to do business with churches and longer. As a broker, they will steal your clients. If you’re working to obtain clients to give to them for possible financing they will circumvent you and pretty much have their representative in this case Song contact the borrower directly and make sure you as the broker doesn’t get the fee you asked for. You work hard for a living marketing and these guys will steal that work from you. So much for Church brokers. Then they will say they cancelled it in their system but they proceed to close the deal leaving you as the broker who put in time and sweat in marketing with nothing

This organization is adjudged as being wonderful. I perchance ran into your website at a time our church was low in funds, but we needed a bigger building for our church.

A good service to connect a prospect buyer to lenders, but I think services fees are too high. Communication needs to improve especially during the search for a lender. Once the a lender was found, the communication was better.

They were fast and professional and helped close our loan in record time. They really know there business.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mason Welch. We had a difficult time getting a loan for our church and had considered taking a loan with less than favorable terms; but Mason Welch encouraged us to hang on and let Griffin work on our behalf a little longer. Fees are to high, for the lack of service that they provide. With all the issues that was involved. The bank rep and our accountant contacted each other and handle the problems. They were not rude because we didn't have contact with them, they could not assist with the issues we were having.

Very good process. Mike Brewer kept us informed throughout the entire process. He worked with us and made recommendations that allowed us to get financing for our project. I have already recommended Griffin Capitol Funding to two pastors that are preparing for a building project.
