All I can say from the beginning is that Scott and Kate worked very hard and diligent to make sure that our small ministry was able to obtain a loan from a traditional lender ,no was not an option for them .We are now in our new Facility thru the help of Griffith Financing .

The bank our church dealt with for 24 yrs, changed owners. The new owners had different loan guidelines and decided our church did not fit within those guidelines to refinance.
