Fantastic product, outstanding customer service
My wife bought me the V2 as a Christmas present a couple of years ago. I absolute loved it and used it everyday until the metal cylinder sadly came unglued. It became awkward to drink from. When I sent Chuug a message asking for advice on particular glues etc to fix it. They instead sent me a brand new V3 free of charge. The V2 was great. The V3 is better in every way. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The handle is built to feel comfortable in your hands. The removable metal cylinder is a game changer and the metal lip over the top feels alot more natural to drink from. Will definitely be happy to gift a Chuug to anyone. On top of a fantastic product, the customer service was 2nd to none, and my replacement Chuug arrived within 2 - 3 days. Not a single negative word to say!!

FANTASTIC HANDMADE MUG…
Style,quality,design and function are over the top. Feels great in the hand and keep your brew cold. Love the stainless removable liner which is best kept in freeze awaiting the next cold one. Will order myself another one.

Top Quality, Highly Durable, and awesome support!
I ordered my husband a mug from CHUUG for our 10th anniversary, and I have to say that:
- Their customer support is top notch.
- The mugs are incredibly durable.
- The quality of the mugs are absolutely incredible.
This mug survived being thrown over an 8ft wall and onto concrete below in just the packaging it was shipped in, thanks to a very inconsiderate delivery person. When I opened it, the only thing that was broken was a crack in the plastic on the inside (the screw part) - but the wood did not splinter or crack, it was intact.
The customer support was incredible through the saga I had, and these are the most beautiful tankard mugs I have ever seen, let alone possessed, and the care for them is so easy and simple - there's no wobbly inside metal part, there are no splinters in the wood, there is no give in the rope. It is honestly just a well made product and I cannot find a fault even if I tried.

I purchased 2 of these crafted tankards one for my son's 50th and one for my husband's 70th birthday yesterday. He was very impressed with the craftmanship and the fact that you can unscrew the metal lining and wash it thoroughly. Thank you for such a wonderful gift. Highly recommended.

Package marked as delivered
I don’t want to rate low but I have Never received my package. The delivery company marked it as delivered but it was not. The delivery day was the 20th and I’ve tried contacting the delivery company and they told me to talk to Chuug and it wasn’t their problem. I email Chuug and haven’t responded in the past 2 days since I emailed them. I don’t want to be impatient but I spend about $100 on mugs for my friend and I that I apparently will never get back.
Update: I spoke with Chuug customer support and they were very apologetic about the experience and offered to replace my package. Thanks so much.

Zero communication, Chinese company, no phone service other than overseas, and no tracking for the order.very bad transparency to advertise a product that’s not even made in their home country. Never order again. In case you’re wondering, still have not received product, nor ANY communication from company which again outsources to CHINA.

The folks at CHUUG shipped their tankcard to me pretty quickly and safely from the UK all the way to Florida in the US. Love the tankcard and their care video is hillarious! Great product and definitely a conversation starter at any party!

I bought two to make the most of the discounts, one alone is a little expensive. Delivery was quick and the CHUUG quality seems really good (early days). Certainly keeps my beer cool enough for the length of time it's in the mug🍻.
