Absolutely rip of company, I rang local company and somehow got out through to this scam operation as they diverted the call somehow. Anyway we booked a skip and told them where it was going and they said it was all fine , next day skip comes and then hour later I get a call saying they are removing skip due to it needing a permit and that I need to contact the company I
Booked with , I had no idea they were using a third party and just making a profit. They also told me that circle waste were told that it would need a permit if it was going on council land but they never bothered to inform me. They then told me they were charging me £125 for there mistake and then they took £150 of my refund.
I’ve put a claim in with my bank and they have said that they had lots of issues with this company and that I won’t have any issues getting my money refunded. I suggest anyone else who
Is ripped of by these scammers contact there banks asap for a full refund .
I spent 1 hour on phone and then sent three emails and haven’t been replied to once, but luckily it goes in my favour as evidence to my bank so made it easier for my refund to go through.
Avoid Circle Waste Skips
I ordered a skip from Circle Waste then when I received the confirmation email after payment I started to feel that all was not right. The name on the email address was Kyle Fitness, which I thought was odd, so I then looked at reviews & this confirmed my suspicions. I would advise to not order a skip with this sham company. I paid through PayPal & raised a dispute which made it pretty easy to get a refund but would imagine any other type of payment would be more difficult to get back. I struggle to understand how people are allowed to operate sham companies.

Zero stars just found out it’s a scam and had to call the banks fraud squad …. They took hundreds of pounds for a skip that never turned up ….

DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY! By far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. So.. I rang for a skip to be delivered at the rear of the property as having it at the front just wouldn’t be practical as it’s a terrace house with a very long garden and there’s no access through the garden. They said, as I’m having it at the rear of the property and it’s council owned that I’d need a permit which I fully understood. However, on the day of them delivering the skip , unbeknown to me ( as I was working at the rear of the property ) with no phone call or any other contact, I decided to walk to the front of the property to see if I can see of any skip lorry’s. Well.. they’d dumped it at the front, on the road. I then rang circle waste and said the skip needs to be moved around the back ( WHERE I SPECIFICALLY SAID I NEEDED IT ) because it’s no use to me where it is. They then told me there’s nothing they can do and if I didn’t want the skip then I’d have to pay a charge of £120 for them to come and collect it and that I wouldn’t get my permit cost back either. This is just a snippet of the awful experience I’ve had with this company. CUSTOMERS, I URGE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER SKIP HIRE SERVICE, I GUARANTEE THE GOOGLE REVIEWS THEY HAVE MUST BE FAKE.
Not happy with customer service

Later, I was charged a contamination fee after collection. When I raised the issue, I was told that the terms and conditions—sent only after booking and payment—outlined these charges, and I should have canceled if I disagreed. Their pricing is unclear, with discrepancies between phone and online quotes, and additional charges that are neither mentioned upfront nor consistently disclosed. It seems they can apply fees at their discretion based on unclear internal policies

Keep well away from this mob they will gladly take ur money and then don’t give a shit about u I’ve been trying for 2 days to get a skip picked up so we’re going into Friday which is day 3 I phoned the skip company myself and they said it will Friday watch this space.
Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful. Basically thieves. We are a young couple (partner 34 weeks pregnant with twins) and this was our one chance of doing a clear out before the big event. As this is just a broker, they don't dictate which lorry carries the skip, the one provided this morning was unable to put a skip over a 3 foot fence. Meaning we were charged £108 for a service we didn't receive. Absolutely fuming and AVOID AVOID AVOID. So disgusted
Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services. They people that answer the phone are very friendly, but they will say anything to get a sale and a good review. They are a broker rather than a skip hire company. I ordered a skip, I was very clear about what was going in it. When it was to be collected I was told that soil was too heavy to be in that skip. They almost charged me £150 extra for a wasted visit. It was only when I asked them to listen to the phone call they admitted it was a fault at there end. That they should have said the skip would be too heavy. So after staying at home for 3 days, I'm told it will be collected tomorrow. Staff are promised rewards for good reviews, they even send you a link. Unfortunately they are saying anything to get good reviews.
Unreliable company
Booked and paid for a 6yard skip for Monday 3/2 morning rang them to see where it was too they said oh not booked in until the Tuesday but I have email confirming it was Monday so gave them a chance for Tuesday rang them at 12:00 pm see where was to be told by someone els oh you was booked in for Monday put me hold to find out 5 minutes later said Lorry’s driver taking his break and skip will be with you no later than 2pm
There was no skip at 2pm either so waited 20 minutes and rang again after being on phone for another 10 minutes to be told the skip will arrive between 3-4pm now

1 star is being generous ..what a bunch of con artists .Booked a skip and was told it was £275 total and they took £330 out my bank .I had an email receipt for total of £275 not £330 .i called and spoke to Chris Glen who took the booking and he said I must have not heard him correctly .i told him I heard him clearly and no mention of £330 so I asked to listen to original call as they said they record them but he then said he would refund me the £55 but never ever got it so now in hands of my bank and reporting to trading standards as I can see on reviews they have done this a few times .i called back and spoke to Sophie who told me she would listen to the original phone calls and get back to me which has never happened ..no shock ...Chris refuses to come on the phone or is always busy or some other b******t .
Leave it to my bank and trading standards to sort it as this company should be shut down ..AVOID and go with a local cheaper company is my best advice ..

Ordered for next day and the skip came next day. Arranged for collection asap and the skip was collected next day. Driver was a nice bloke, lasses on the phone were nice and polite. Bit pricey due to this company being a 3rd party national operation that uses local skip companies that are local to you, so expect to pay 20% more. Other than that cant fault their service.

I am writing to formally express my utter disappointment with the appalling service I have received from your company. From start to finish, this experience has been nothing short of disastrous, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic customer service. I paid £350 for a 6-yard skip and an exchange that never took place, with no prior communication regarding any protocols I was supposedly required to follow. Your driver failed to even knock on the door, and now I am being blamed for not answering, which is entirely unjustified. To make matters worse, my repeated emails about this issue have been completely ignored, and your team has shown no intention of addressing my concerns. The skip, which was supposed to be collected in December, is still sitting on my property mid-January, leaving my house in a complete mess and causing significant disruption to my daily life.
Your representatives, particularly Mr. Tom Wright and Megan Young, have demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism. Mr. Tom’s call to demand additional payment for slightly overfilling the skip—despite your failure to fulfill the original service—is utterly unacceptable. This situation ruined both my Christmas and New Year celebrations and forced me to incur additional costs for labor due to your negligence. It is outrageous that, instead of resolving the matter, your company continues to add to my financial and emotional distress. This entire ordeal reflects a severe failure of management, poor communication, and a complete disregard for your customers. I demand an immediate resolution, including a full refund, removal of the skip, and a formal apology. If these issues are not addressed promptly, I will escalate this complaint to the appropriate authorities and ensure others are aware of the unacceptable way your company conducts business.

Skip ordered for 20 December 2024 and…
Skip ordered for 20 December 2024 and confirmation received. No sign of skip on the morning of delivery date. Phoned company to be told they cant guarantee morning delivery (it was now after 12!) . Waited a couple of hours, phoned again to be told unfortunately there wasn't a skip for me ! Offered a skip mid January or a refund. Took the refund. It was too late to get another skip in and my builders had to put all the bricks and hardcore in front gravelled garden. Despite them being careful , plaster and mortar has spilled off the protective sheeting they put down and ruined the gravel, not to mention having a great big pile of rumble and bricks in garden over Christmas. As builders were only at mine for 2 days, and the skip was down to me, i was the one who has had to now load a skip i got from another company . Still no sign of refund 148/01/25. Another call to company to be told they were waiting some details from me to be able to refund (last 4 digits of card I paid on ) Fail to see why that was needed or not checked during the call offering refund. So I'm still out of pocket for refund and will have to replace the gravel in front garden, all because the ordered and confirmed skip did not show up !
I can see why they have such a low…
I can see why they have such a low rating and I now wish I had used a local company rather than a national broker which circle waste are. I ordered a skip on line and received my confirmation along with terms and conditions an hour after payment was taken. They tried to deliver today but they sent such a large vehicle with other empty skips on it they couldn’t get down my lane. As a result they are now charging me £120 for non delivery. When checking their terms it states they need at least 12 feet in road width. I’ve measured my lane at 14 feet at its narrowest point. They have stated they could have delivered a skip using a smaller skip lorry. The problem with this company is they are just brokers and pass your booking on to local skip companies and collect their commissions. Anything goes wrong and they are not interested. Very poor customer service with no empathy. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company and I would advise anyone using these national brokers to read the comments posted before committing.

The service for the last collection was very poor. No one answered the phone, and they arrived at a random time. Be cautious! if the collection is unsuccessful for any reason, you will be held responsible and charged £125. Additionally, their skips are significantly more expensive; simply compare them with Wetherby Skip Services Ltd.
