Great costumer assistance
Alek helped me get a refund for an error charge and the process was super quick and efficient, the online chat is very responsive and i didn’t have to wait long at all. overall a pleasant and helpful interaction!

I just met Jamie, or specifically the man with the shorts and all the tattoes at the Universal Student Living in Bangor. He is so helpful and friendly!!!
I was frustrated with my damp clothes but he came in and saved the day, Jamie you are a lifesaver, thank you for making my day!!!

It’s good for You can solve my problem on time. But iOS app doesn’t work will on my phone It’s hard to go back（iPhone 14Pro iOS26).no matter what you just open it’s hard to go backwards. The bottom on the left up side is always not working .

Ryan is a really great guy
Ryan is a really great guy. The previous guy left me hanging but Ryan is the best customer rep you can get on circuit laundry. He is respectful, cheerful and full of love.

despite the high prices in this economy especially, one thing about circuit is their impeccable customer service. spoke to Abby today about a glitch in the app and she was so fast to solve it and reassure me. don't really mind paying the prices

Had a problem with the dryer
Had a problem with the dryer. It wasnt connecting to the machine.
I emailed Circuit and 2 working days later they sent out an Engineer who was able to fix the problem straight away.
They answered all my emails immediately and found the total service fantastic.

I was having an issue with the machine saying it was occupied when there was nothing in it, and Oliver from the help desk asked me a few questions then remotely started it for me! He did the same for my friends dryer aswell, so happy!! Thank you Oliver!!
