BROKEN CIRCUIT
There are 7 Circuit Washing Machines and 7 Dryers at location 400979 in a university hall of residence. 4 of the dryers have been out of order for over 2 months, despite reporting them to Circuit. Its call handlers seem to think it’s funny. They need competition.

Georgia sorted my issue out immediately
After a mishap with a washing machine, I called circuit go regarding a missed wash and it was identified by Georgia that I'd actually been double charged. She was brilliant and refunded the charges back to my account. She's a credit to circuit go. Absolutely fantastic.

I've enjoyed the circuit laundry service, up until I had a machine fault issue, frustrating my laundry experience. I raised a complaint and was met by an amazing customer service agent, Sully who sorted the issue on my behalf I'm now a Happy client :)

Painful, but it improved
Generally speaking my experience with circuit laundry has not been good, with low capacity, unreliable machines, high prices, and initially quite poor customer service. Despite this, my review score has been increased massively by positive recent experiences. My laundromat was recently refurbished in line with the new circuit go app which is far more usable and reliable than the previous one, and after a couple of false starts, my balance was transferred by Sully at Circuit, who was very helpful and responsible for this review recieving an additional star.

Customer service is impeccable
Customer service is impeccable. Machines are not trustworthy and liable to break, and the prices are very high, but the customer services gives me confidence in using the machines knowing I will be taken seriously if things aren’t working or going wrong. Terminal is much better than those cards you used to have to fill up on their website too.

Overall, They changed their app so they should transfer funds from old to new by themselves. Rest their employee sally helped me to that. She was very polite and kind.
