From the beginning to the end of our house sale, we could not have asked for better service from everyone at Clarkes. No matter what our concerns or query, they were very patient, efficient and accommodated our needs.

Having been told we would be able to view a property and have our offer considered we were then called on route from London only to be told they had gone ahead with sealed bids the day before. A simple email or quick phone call out of courtesy would have saved time, money and disappointment. Really unprofessional.

We have just purchased a property through Clarkes Estate Agents, and they were most helpful and courteous throughout the process.
They gave us regular progress updates, and we have been very satisfied with their service.

The letting team are very helpful and communicate very well.

This has been a very trying period due to lockdown and the building society withholding the buyers mortgage. Clarkes kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale whilst the buyers tried to renegotiate their mortgage.

Purchased a property that Clarkes Estates were advertising, Paul and the team were super helpful & nothing was too small - even having a third viewing to measure an alcove, Paul was still able to have someone come out to us.
Speaking to the team on the phone everyone seems lovely, the phones are always answered pretty quickly and if your estate agent is out the office then any of the other guys seemed really happy to help.

We have just bought and sold through Clarkes and they were fabulous throughout the whole process. It wasn't an easy ride for us, but Clarkes have been supportive, kind and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. On exchange (late on a Thursday) we then only had until Monday's moving date to get everything organised. Clarkes offered us some advise on who I might get to help us pack and move with such a short timeline. I have no hesitation in recommending Clarkes estate agency, they are by far and away the best in the area in my opinion. Do yourself a favour and choose them!
