I've just completed on the purchase of my flat through Clarkes Estates and found them to be most helpful throughout the process. The communications were good and there was no problem looking over the property a few times or allowing personnel access to perform gas/electrical checks prior to purchase. The whole process was very easy. All in all a good experience

I have been with Clarkes for 15 years and have been extremely impressed with their service both in the rented sector and in the selling of property. They are very honest giving a true valuation, not like some agents who inflate the price to hook you in and then reduce the price!

Any issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently, nothing has ever been too much trouble. When seeking advice Paul Clarke has always answered my questions promptly and guided me through all the legal technicalities. He is a wealth of knowledge! Being a family run business they care about their reputation and clients.

I've have both been a FTB and more recently sold my property via Clarkes. We first listed our property way back in November 19 and were selling right through the Covid-19 pandemic, naturally, we've all seen extreme changes in circumstance and industry but I can't speak more highly of Clarkes and everyone there who remained positive and commitment throughout these strange times.
