Just an updat.. when Discover declined my disput because Clarke-Bloomfield responded to my email, Clark-bloomfield offer a 30% refund. When the 30% refund was not processes I emailed them again and they said it would be 90 days for Discover to process the charge again. I provided then with documentation that is had already been processed but they stated "this is their policy"... so what they do is delay so the time to re open the dispute expires.... they are very smart scammers. Never got my 30% refund and they stopped responding to emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give this company a -100 star review I would. The item looks nothing like the item ordered totally different colour and the material is disgusting it is horrendous and they are refusing to allow returns. Waste of money and absolute con. Please do not buy from them . Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing that certainly is a lesson learned. DO NOT BUY YOU WILL BE 100% DISSAPOINTED

If there was a lower rating, I would use that. This is a total scam outfit. The most inferior products like $67 shoes made out of styrofoam! Then when you try and return them to some vague address in Sweden, they do not arrive and are returned. When you talk to Stephanie, who says she is the store owner, she ghosts you when you show her all the proof of requesting a refund.

Not sure if this is the same company as Bloomfield boutique London but I have had the same issues when ordering from them. Item was delivered from China even though it says free Royal Mail delivery. Then when trying to return I was obviously speaking to an AI robot not jade from the uk. The delivery return was to China and wanted extortionate price to return. If buying clothing on Bloomfield London boutique please avoid being duped and avoid . Even the trust pilot reviews are fake

This experience was terrible. The shoes I received were two sizes larger than the size they should have been and very poor quality. To return them, you have to ship them to Sweden, which costs about as much as the shoes. I still returned the shoes about 5 weeks ago and still have not received a refund.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ON Facebook... representing itself as Clark's. The shoes/boots are plastic and vinyl and absolute JUNK. I contacted them they use a bogus name of Stephanie Clark OWNER and respond to emails as if very helpful. They are in CHINA .. they offered me a 30% refund but when I said OK all the emails dissapeared.

shoes did not fit. There is nothing on their website about having to return item to China. The requested I lie to customs about value. They should be shut down immediately. Horrible company- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a pair of boots from Clarks Bloomfield. listed on sale on a Pinterest site. They arrived quickly but these boots were nothing like seen or described on Pinterest ad. They were of outrageous poor quality and not comfortable at all. This company gives you no possible way to return to location that they were shipped from in Jamaica NY. Instead they claimed it was my responsibility to send back to manufacture in Sweden. What a scam and no refund would be issued unless I returned to international location. Do not purchase any item from Clarks Bloomfield..truly dishonest and a total rip off of a company

I wish I had read these complaints before ordering 2 pair of this garbage product. Doesn’t even look like leather more like pleather with these so called trash ties for the boots. Lining is crap. I’ve been back and forth with the return of the product. They need pictures of the bag with carrier tag on it & carrier voucher, and want international priority mail used. That’s expensive. So after paying for all that, your refund is dwindling rapidly. What a racket!

I thought I was ordering from Clarks.. the picture on the website was nothing like the junk I received. The boots are so cheap I would never wear them and I paid 80.00 for them. NEVER ORDER FROM CLARKS BLOOMFIELD

AWWWWWWWWFUL!!!!!!! Literally hate this company!!!!!! Not only are the shoes the most plastic pieces of crap ever, but to get your money back is a joke!!!!!!!!!! Waste of time and waste of money!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! They have you return the shoes to Sweden instead of the address on their site!! And they warn that the cost to return will be costly(since it’s our own responsibility) and instead they offer to give you back 10% of your shoe cost and to keep the shoes. I would t be caught dead in these hollow plastic sandals. It’s honestly such a joke!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I wish I had known to check reviews,I bought shoes and thought it was Clark’s affiliate for boots.What I received were cheaply made boots that do not fit.I reached out via email was offered exchange or a credit for another pair.Followed up for a refund,printed instructions went to UPS and was told it would be 450.00 to ship.Its a scam! BUYER BEWARE!

These boots are neither insulated nor waterproof. The soles are made of compressed paper, not even poorly constructed rubber. The inside is like rayon, fake cotton. Not to be confused with "premium, European wool" as 'insulation'. When 'boots' are shipped in a soft bag, you know you're getting bootleg not whats actually been advertised as 'boots'. Do NOT spend your money on their products! Its false advertisement and a complete scam!

Horrible product! Worst quality of shoes I have ever seen. Plastic sacks on your feet would be an up grade.

The quality of these booties is awful. They look nothing like the picture on the website. Major hassle to try and figure out how to return them so to the donation center they go. I highly recommend that no one order from this company again.

I ordered a pair of boots. The quality was the worst I have ever experienced. I spent $64.97 for a pair of boots that are made of the cheapest rubber, no boot laces included, no receipt, strangely narrow and a blinding bright blue - nothing like the photo on the site. They offered me a 10% discount and I could keep them. Then they sent me a form to return them for a full refund but I have to send them to their warehouse in Sweden to the tune of anywhere between $57.00 and $100.00. They do not have a warehouse in Sweden! Buyer beware! This is scam operation and I am hoping enough people post complaints here, to the BBB, and any other companies that handle scam operations.
