I wish I had read the reviews. This company does not stand behind its product. I live in a metropolitan city in a 25 story building. The courier for this company left my shoes in the lobby and they were stolen. After months of correspondence and a promise to send another pair, I am still waiting! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered boots from this place and the ones I received are cheap plastic. I was deceived! I thought they were actually ‘Clark’ brand shoes. The cost is ridiculous and what you receive is awful. DO NOT BUY anything from this place! It is a scam! The boots are going in the trash!

Cheap and not at all what’s pictured….colors don’t even match. Poor craftsmanship. Purchased reviews on other third party sites. Refund policy for you to return to China. DON’T BUY THEM. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible product.

Tried to cancel my order after reading these reviews but if course they said iymt was to late. Boots are horrible, cheap plastic. So I'm trying to return. What a scam. Hopefully my credit card company will step it and help

The marketing is fraudulent. They make you believe you are purchasing from the real Clark shoes. They will not pay to return the shoes. I had no idea the shoes came from Sweden. The shoes are made of very cheap plastic material. One pair of shoes was out of stock and they still won't refund my money. Very frustrating. I wish I could take them to small claims court. Buyer beware!!!

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1! The shoes were not Clark’s…plastic and vinyl….they say a refund…offer no label so I go to mail back…$400 to go back to Sweden…or $199 by USPS. They would give me a 10 or 20% to keep them… this is a scam , and this should be shut down!

Arrived 1.5 months after order. Had stains and quality was very very poor. Nothing like the photo. Size was off. Wasn't able to return because they make it impossible and expensive. Was only offered a 20 percent refund. FRAUD, SCAM

DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!! I thought i was purchasing from Clarks as the shoes look very similar. The price was equivalent to the real Clarks. When I received the shoes I was absolutely SHOCKED!! Flimsy, tacky and poorly made. Honestly, looked ridiculous! I was scammed! So I emailed the company and asked for a refund. They said to mail back the shoes in original packaging but before they gave me the process for getting a refund, they told me they would mail me two more pairs for JUST 9.95 PER PAIR and I could keep the originals which was unbelievable! I told them no that I wanted to mail the back and get a full refund. Wrong size, poorly made and terrible quality. Then they told me that they would just refund 10% of the purchase which totalled 13 dollars! I really am dumbfounded. Lesson learned. Always double check companies. I am now trying to dispute my purchase as I paid with American Express. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!
Update: American Express approved my dispute and are sending me a new credit card as my card may now be compromised from this company. Please do not buy from this company. They really are a SCAM.

Don’t buy from this company. Poor quality, shape and sizing. It is NOT Clark’s brand. They will only offer 10-12% refund, but they’re not even worth 10% of the cost. No US address to return to. Currently disputing the charges.

If I could put lower than 1 star I would. I usually check the reviews first and in this case didn't so I guess it's my fault. Product was nothing like the picture, or quality, incredibly cheap product and charging a high price. Trying to return is hopeless and as said in other reviews they offer an insulting low percentage amount back on the product your not happy with. Never, ever, ever buy from this company.

Horrible! Boots on fb arrived, not boots at all. Like slippers with flimsy fake leather and fake soles. Will only refund from 10% to maybe 20% refund. Have to mail back to China to get full refund ( maybe get it back) would cost more than the boots. Do not order ANYTHING from them.

Clarks Bloomfield should be shut down. They are deceiving US consumers. I paid 116.00 for two pairs of booties & after receiving them I was sick to my stomach. They are the cheapest material & zero quality. They aren't worth $5.00 US. They offered me 10% refund to keep the boots. The smell of the material could be toxic & dangerous. How is this company allowed to advertise with pics and promises? Who's protecting the U.S consumers?

I ordered two very cute pairs of shoes for this company, thinking I was purchasing from Clark's. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The shoes took weeks to arrive and then were very disappointing. They are much flimsier than expected, almost like plastic, and the colors and designs don't really look like the photos. When I tried to return them, I was informed I would have to cover the international shipping costs so instead of returning them, they offered a 10% refund and I could keep them. When I pushed back they upped the offer to 15%. So basically, I've paid $100 for shoes I'll never wear. Looking again at their website, it says they are easy to deal with and refunds or exchanges are easy to make. That's definitely not true!

I usually read reviews and look at refund policies before ordering from unfamiliar websites. However, I mistakenly confused Clarks Bloomfield with the original Clarks, a brand I know for offering quality shoes. When I received the shoes, they felt very light and plastic-like, which was not worth what I paid. Additionally, the sizes were inaccurate.

I had to contact Clarks Bloomfield customer service several times to request the address for my refund. They advised me to declare a low value for customs to avoid delays. However, the postal service worker informed me that the company is responsible for paying any customs fees. I am unsure if this applies to my refund situation, but my package has been stuck in customs since September 8th. I was also informed by USPS that customs processing can sometimes take up to 45 days. This is unbelievable!

Buyer beware. Company poses as Clark’s which is a reputable shoe brand and the quality is extremely poor. I incurred the cost to ship it back to China for refund and company has not provided refund.

This is not the real Clarks. Every bad experience written on this platform is correct! Long shipping times and returns only to Asia. Shoes either do not fit (one pair of size 8 did not even match another pair of size 8 from same site), or are so cheaply made, or are deformed. I bought 3 pairs (I FORGOT TO CHECK THE RETURN POLICY bec I was fooled by the photos and the name) and tried to return them. Each email from them came back with a discount refund so I could keep them EVEN THOUGH I kept saying the point was they were incorrectly sized and/or deformed and/or cheaply made. I ended up with a 20% refund (yes, I got that on my credit card) and I kept these nasty shoes. UGH another reminder to read Trustpilot first before I push enter and buy.

DO NOT buy from this company. The sizing is wrong and the shoes are poorly made. I ordered a size 5 and got a 36 which is equivalent to a 6 in US sizing and then they told me I was wrong. I wish I reviewed before purchasing because I am out $70. They charge for returns ($9.95 restocking fee) plus return shipping to China which ends up costing the same as the shoes. The most they would do was give me 10% refund and let me keep useless boots that don’t even match. This company is a SCAM. They make cheap products and then keep your money. The website looks great and they misrepresent themselves. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM

Shoes are horrible. Awkward sized and shaped. Made out of plastic & foam. Barbie shoes are better quality. You will never get your money back. They are in Asia, not USA.
Scam

This company is completely misleading. I ordered boots from Clark’s Bloomfield thinking they were affiliated with Clarks — the well-known, reputable British shoe brand. They are not. The name and branding are clearly designed to confuse buyers, and I fell for it.

What I received was nothing like the product photos — the boots looked and felt incredibly cheap, more like something from a dollar store than a quality footwear company. As soon as I opened the bag, I was hit with a strong, toxic chemical smell. Not remotely wearable.

When I contacted customer service, I was told I could return the boots — but only if I shipped them back to China at my own expense, which would cost more than the boots themselves. On top of that, they instructed me to falsely declare the package as worth only $10 for customs, which is blatantly dishonest and could land a customer in legal trouble.

This is not just bad customer service — it’s deliberately deceptive business. They're selling low-quality products under a misleading name and making returns intentionally difficult or impossible.

Avoid Clark’s Bloomfield at all costs. It’s not Clarks, it’s not honest, and it’s definitely not worth your money.
