Vivek Chowdary was very informative and helped me understand how to better protect my ears which products I should be using and how I am damaging my ears by doing what I am .

Would highly recommend using him and I shall be again for when I next need ear wax removal .

My ears immediately feel better and all blockages removed .

Firstly, I give 5 stars to Ashika at the Camden clinic for finally unblocking my ears. However I do not rate Clear Earwax for their customer service. My original appointment was cancelled and I had to attend a different clinic in order to have an appointment prior to the weekend before last. The clinician assured me all the wax had been removed but over the weekend I realised one ear was still blocked. I then had my appointment cancelled twice more before finally having a follow up yesterday.
