This is my fourth year using Cleer and it's always been a great experience.

Quick and efficient service with clear communication all the way through.

I am immensely pleased with the stellar service that Cleer Tax has been providing to my business. It is reassuring to know that a proficient and competent team is handling my accounting needs with utmost professionalism.

I must especially commend Crystal, the COO, for her remarkable leadership. Her timely responses and organized approach have indeed played a pivotal role in the seamless service delivery. The team is amazing; I worked with Alexa, Evangeline, Evan, Seth, and Lindsey. They are just awesome. Fast replies to all my concerns through email, and the entire process was seamless and smooth. I can't recommend them enough, especially if you're running a tech startup.

Cleer tax works like a friend caring for you. No stupid answer and no finger pointing or forwarding, rather taking ownership and delivering.

Our experience with Cleer Tax was pretty poor.

They asked us to share all our tax documents via Typeform (bit of a red flag?) and tried to redirect us to paid consultations ($250 just for speaking to a human, on top of the $1,000 tax preparation fee).

I also had little faith that from a legal standing their procedures were correct (written English errors and contradicting information).

I have since contracted another firm (Diana Day Murphy - which I saw someone on the reviews also praising) and I realised I was not gonna file half of the necessary stuff if I had stayed with Cleer.

tl;dr Don't recommend.

Edit to respond: I like how you write that "We understand that no one likes to pay tax and additional compliance with the IRS can be a hassle, but we are following the letter of the law to avoid an audit."

It makes you seem the well intentioned company and us the client that doesn't want to pay taxes. That couldn't be further from the truth. We just wanted to pay what we owe and be done with it.

And you know what? I'm extremely happy I decided to change accountants. Cleer.tax dragged the process along for over 3 months and nothing was done yet. The new firm did everything we needed in 2 weeks.

But you know what's the best part? I sleep well at night because I'm confident everything was done properly. I trust the advice I got from the other firm. If I had filed with Cleer.tax I would always be wondering if you missed something because of your poor written English and lack of organization. I must have spoken to 5 different 'tax consultants' of yours over email. Even today (6 months down the line since we started working together) I got an email from your company saying I should file my taxes smh.

PS: You can repeat it all you want that we have an unpaid invoice. The truth is I paid for your tax services and got literally nothing to show for it. Zero.

Everything went south after rebranding. It's a mess. Run away.

Cleer Tax have been very helpful. Most important they are very professional and knowledgeable and flexible.

I am a foreigner using Cleer Tax & Acct. services for the last year. My knowledge of US tax regulations is rather limited so I am highly dependent of clear guidance. The professionalism of the Clear team can only be compared to their swiftness and thoroughness. Thanks for your invaluable assistance in navigating in this territory that is unknown to me.

We have been using Cleer.tax for the last two years for our US C Corp. It's been very easy to work with them.

They collect the required info up front, without any hassle, then file the relevant IRS forms on time.
For us, it's been the easiest way to stay on top of our US taxes while based in the EU.

Reliable and fast response. Also, they can handle with international tax stuff.

We've been using Cleer Tax since 2019 (GBS at the time) and they've been super helpful. Jane, Leonor, Donovan and rest of the team are on top of ever-changing tax laws and are prompt and responsive to any requests.

The only thing I with for is hiring them earlier for our bookkeeping – our investors got much happier once we've had regular P&Ls on schedule. Even then they did amazing job with lookback packages.

I have been using the online Tax service for the past 5 years and I am very satisfied with it. The user interface is very user-friendly and the tax filing process is straightforward. The customer service is also excellent. They are always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful advice. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient way to file their taxes.

Last year the service had acceptable quality. This year after the rebranding the team seems completely disorganized. Messages bounce around many associates with junior titles in their email signatures. Takes days and weeks sometimes to get a response. Responses are vague and non-constructive. Simple startup tax returns with less than 100 transactions has been taking well over 3 months to complete.

I really like the service and people working here very professional and friendly

I have been working with them for years now. An exceptional team of professionals, the managers and business owners are experts in what they do.

Sometimes I felt that they are slow but I realized that they always triple checked before giving their expert opinion, they even bring/consult core experts in many cases. Which perfectly suits the industry in which they work.
