Boots lovely and snug but too small. A larger size is required. I had checked some reviews and nothing was said about size and these boots are expensive. I filled in an online form and they replied promptly, however, they did not get back to me on how to exchange boots. When I replied to their email it was unable to be delivered.

Asked for a refund, they offered me 10% refund and to keep the slippers ! This went on untill they offered me 40% but why would I want to keep the slippers !
After this emails bounced back !

Sent wrong size. Cheap slippers not as advertised. Cost £40. They offered me £10 to keep them then £20 when I refused. Why would I want to keep a pair in the wrong size? I have emailed insisting on a full refund and they have stopped responding and the last email bounced back. Do not touch with a bargepole.

Sent wrong item. Made in China. Give you an email address to write to to request a refund but the email address is invalid. Avoid at all costs. Now having to contact bank to get my money back

Dismal - poor quality footwear not worth a pound let alone the prices charged
Orthorest - orthopaedic corduroy house slippers are as thin as free slippers given away in spas and hotels. There is no arch support or heel cup
The ladies slip on shoes are so narrow they would not fit a child.
I asked for a full refund - in response they wanted a reason and photographs to support the request. When trying to reply to their email my emails are returned - mail delivery failed I will be seeking a full refund via my credit card company.

It claims to be orthopaedic shoes but there is no support whatsoever. It is very cheaply made. The customer service is terrible. I returned it even if I had to pay to ship it back to China as it is not worth anything at all. I still have not received my refund and my emails are now being returned as 'undelivered.'

I didn’t realise the slippers were coming from China. The company appears to be registered in the Netherlands.
The website is slick and looks good and plausible. Unfortunately I didn’t check reviews until after I placed my order.
The slippers were cheap and flimsy looking. Very disappointing for the price.
No point trying to ship them back to China. I’m usually quite careful about online orders from companies I don’t recognise. But I definitely got burnt this time 🙄🙄🙄🤦🏼‍♀️

Got caught with this website.. do not use ... .Footwear arrived after long wait and too small .. having a nightmare trying to get refund and return ... offered 20% then 30% then 40% refund... now waiting for address to send back for full refund .. 2 weeks later no further forward... and they are definitely not in uk

I waited ages for my shoes. They are poor quality and not worth the money also too small. I want a refund they have offered me 20 percent..then wanted pictures of the shoes which I have sent. The email I have attended the photos to is now not recognised and can't be sent..I do not recommend this company. I have wasted 40 pounds

Shoes cheap looking and don't fit. Can't initiate a return as email address not recognised. What a rip off!

Sham website. Cheap rubbish that is shipped from China. These shoes are definitely not orthopaedic or special in any way and when you try to return them they say you have to pay to return to China.

I wish I would have checked trustpilot before ordering from these scam artists. The product I ordered and what I received were completely different. The quality was horrendous, not even close to what was advertised on the site. When I sent photos and requested a refund, it took a week to get a weak response. They said they had to “check with their supplier” then after multiple back and forth as I was told to send the item back to the following address and only then would a refund be issued.

Lovely shoes, good fit, good looking and very comfortable

DO NOT ORDER from this company, they lie about their products, it os cheap and nasty rubbish.
They make it extremely difficult to return the rubbish and are just out to rip off innocent hard working people.

Long time from ordering to delivery. I bought them half price thinking these would be better quality. They are good quality although id say not worth the higher price paid. I bought these because i have hammertoe and they still hurt my toes a little. Please be aware these ship direct from China when ordering.

Way to small about 3 size to small

Took a long time to arrive I ordered two pairs of slippers one pair of arrived. They are definitely not clinical slippers they give no support. They fall off your feet! They are not giving any arch support very disappointed. Also only one pair of arrived and the other pair I was asked if I could provide an address as it would get cancelled on that day. I wrote back and explained that the address is the same address as the one they had already sent some slippers too. No communication as to where these other slippers are absolutely avoid this company.
