good quality Bee suit, awesome customer service! Great company

I ordered my suit on 4/17/26 and as of today, 5/13/26, I still haven't received. I wouldnt have left a review if I didnt receive multiple requests to do so, despite not having received my order yet.

Still hasn’t shipped order from April 18th, today is may 3.

The quality of my purchase was fantastic.
Delivery was a bit slow but, I expected it to be and, ordered accordingly. It was worth the wait.

Great price, and kept up to date all shipping status.

Great value for the cost used my first jacket for 2 yrs. This one does not have the logo on the pocket this little detail I thought was nice. Shipping I thought was to long that is the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star the quality of the vail and jacket is great. This time it came with 2 vails and a pair of gloves this is the best deal out there in my book.

I would have given 0 stars if possible. Still haven’t received my jacket. I could have ordered this myself and received it faster. The website says nothing about being a middle man for orders. Amazon would have got the same exact jacket to me in 2 days. Will never order from massive bee and would not recommend massive bee to anyone. 4/24/2026 still have not received my jacket. Hands down the worst service I have ever received from a company.

Never received product that was ordered!

I placed an order on March 10, 2026. Two items. Credit card charged.

I received an email with a FedEx tracking number on March 20th...a link that says FedEx hasn't received the package yet.

It's April 8th...nearly a month later and no valid tracking number or items received. No follow up email from the vendor to explain the delay.

Not sure if this is typical for this vendor but I suggest anyone else shop elsewhere if this is the typical experience.

I ordered a bee suit for 99+ dollars. My money was taken imediately, but I never received my item. I wrote to Massive Bee store 3 times and never received a response despite their site claiming to respond in 24-48 hrs. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back!

Still haven’t received my order yet you want a good survey.

Excellent sizing chart. A very good bee suit. I have had mine for a while and ordered this one for my daughter. Definitely designed by someone who keeps bees!

We bought over $600 of gear 3 weeks ago and no response or reason as to why it hasn’t been shipped. We’ve emailed and no response

No where does it say my bee jacket was being shipped from China and it would be a month to receive it.

I ordered my items on march 2, I got an email saying that they were shipping and were to be delivered by march 11. It is now march 17, and I need my items by march 20 and fed ex still does not even have my package. There is no phone number to call the company to get information about my order. I sent an email (which was the only way to contact them) and waiting on an answer. Hopefully I get my order before I need it for my beekeeping certification field day on Saturday morning.
