Item ordered 28th january and has not been delivered. Emailed on 6th january and completed web form on 11th january and no response or acknowledgement

I am very happy with the product and the price. Delivery was delayed.

First time shopping experience was simply awful.

Bought my son some trousers on 15th November as one of his Christmas gifts. I was expecting, like most reputable online shopping stores, that an extended returns/refund service would be offered but no, they just emailed to say this wouldn’t be the case.

I’ll never buy from them again!

Dreadful service, DO NOT USE! I order a pair of trousers for my son on 29th November for xmas. Still not received them. I can an email update from Evri this monday saying they were going to deliver that day, followed by another one saying they wouldn't now be delivering. No update since then. Feel ripped off and now have probably left it too late to order elsewhere given Royal Mail is such a nightmare right now! Sick of being let down!

What a nightmare 2 weeks later still nothing no tracking no items received. Emailed 5 times with no reply. So I'm going have go through my bank see if I can get my money back never again would I buy off these 7!!!!!

I was also pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews. Absolutely no complaints at all. Very happy with my items and they were delivered very quickly.

I don't normally write reviews as who can be arsed, but, there were so many moaners leaving negative reviews for this company, I thought I needed to write a positive one.
Cheapest price online for the items that I purchased, low postage fees, arrived in 2 days. All good!

I was a bit apprehensive reading these other reviews but I decided to risk it and place an order. I received my items via Royal Mail four days later. It was a good price too so no complaints here.
