Ordered 19th Dec expecting 3-5 working days delivery as stated. Still nothing after new year. Gave benefit of doubt due to holidays and emailed customer services on 4th Jan. They offered options including Refund or to wait another 7 days.
Over 3 weeks later still no garment so emailed to get refund, only to find that they dispatched next day instead.
Due to delays I have bought alternative trousers elsewhere and now trying to get a refund / return sorted! Wish me luck with that!!!

I read the terrible reviews for this company and I had my doubts about using them.My product was dispatched very quickly and it was exactly what I ordered and a better price than anywhere else.The website isnt perfect but otherwise very satisfied- read the small print about returns (didnt need to return my items)

Returned an item and had no confirmation email or refund, after chasing up after a few weeks was told It had fallen outside of their returns policy. The non existent communication/customer service is why I have given this 1 star would give 0 if it were possible!

Awful customer service. Emailed Cloving to cancel an order that had not yet been dispatched (contacted them only a few minutes after the order was placed). Received no response.

AVOID. Paid for shoes and extra for 1-2 day shipping. Order status is still sitting as "Processing" a week and a half later.

Non existent customer service. Ordered the trousers on the 29th July. I have tried to contact them 5 times now, once on their website contact form and the other 4 via email. I’ve heard nothing back. I ordered something 7 days ago and they are still preparing it according to Klarna. If my experience is anything to go by, don’t use them.

20/08/2021 - Nearly one month later, they were still preparing my order, and it was still showing on Klarna. I had to go through Klarna to cancel the order as no matter how I tried to contact Cloving, they didn't reply. No transparency, no customer service, no product. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

They can't even reply to bad reviews on TrustPilot...

I made a £40+ order which entitled me to free shipping as per their website. After I completed my order, I received an invoice for discounted shipping costs and a message to say that I wasn't actually entitled to the free shipping as I was in Ireland not the UK. Their website offered me free shipping which was a key part of my decision to make the purchase. Their customer service would not honor the deal, even though it was an error on their side. I cancelled my order as the new cost was more than 20% more than my initial cost.

Received order when I opened it it wasn't what I ordered completely different I've emailed them twice had no reply so won't be ordering from this site again

I gave them 1 star a few weeks ago after not receiving my order/confirmation . Eventually they contacted me and gave me a full refund no problem. So I'm now giving them 4 stars .

Ordered a Jack Jones navy parka coat, paid extra so it would come faster. Order arrived no bother, no issues, would order again.

Ordered from them 3 times without a problem. Fourth time they didn't send all the order but charged me for it. Can't get any sort of reply now. AVOID.

Cloving have now refunded for the order that did not arrive. Blamed me for emailing wrong address!

Fraudsters.
Acceptable products, cheap price but good luck getting a return sent back to you or emails replied to.

Also on the shadiness of this company, they asked for the order number etc to prove the case. I provided this and they have attempted to claim this as an illegitimate experience.

Do not trust them.

Only one previous review of this company but a five star, so I ordered a polo shirt from them. Great price and quick service. Cannot fault the fit and quality of the item either. No hesitation in ordering from them again.
Just one suggestion for the company, include a returns note with each order, just in case.

Great company . I was a bit sceptical at first from buying at cloving.co.uk as I couldn’t find any reviews online . I emailed them a few questions and received an instant reply . I ordered a couple of polo shirts and payed via PayPal . I instantly received an email confirming my order and estimated delivery time. I received the polo shirts within 48 hours and they were exactly as described on their website. Well packaged, great quality polo shirts . I also received a voucher with 20% off on my next order . Overall a great trustworthy company , will definitely be buying from them again . Very happy
