Im so pleased with the constant updates and communication. My bag came so fast, I was so surprised. I'm so happy with my purchase. I love it! My bag is stunning! Top quality leather and finishes. I'm so happy I found your company and will order again. I so grateful for the huge savings.

Clutchestrends seemed to be legit after my experience, not really. I ordered a Bag and they said they would send pics and videos before shipping. I never received them and would get a runaround on it. Shipping took almost 7-8 weeks. When I finally received my package, I opened it, and the bag was nothing like what I ordered. It wasn’t the right shape. The packaging was off and I just was not happy. When I wanted to submit a return and refund, then they started to offer me 20% 30% and I get to keep the bag, I was just like I want to return this and get my refund. They then try to Strong army and say well shipping charges are on you and if the bag is taken away at customs, you have no bag and you will not get a refund. I then decided to open up a claim with Paypal and that is processing right now. Clutch trends then reaches out to me and offers me $100 and I don’t have to return the bag and the order number was different. There was no signature. The email handle wasn’t even a clutch trends email so I will let Paypal handle it and I would just stay away from ordering anything from this company. Maybe my bag was a little bit more difficult but don’t take the job if you can’t complete the task.

I love this company because the quality of the products is absolutely amazing. The customer service is excellent and they were prompt to respond to any inquiry I had. I highly recommend clutches trends for the quality and timely delivery that I have experienced. I will continue to only buy from clutches trends.

Ordered and paid, bag never received. Has now been over 2 months!!. Looks like (if it was ever sent) it was sent to a random address. Emailed them over and over only to get one line responses (if at all) saying it was coming/ I put the wrong address/ please be patient/ they sent it where I told them to etc etc. The responses NEVER addressed my actual questions. This was all despite me attaching images of the correct order address and then the tracking showing delivery (to a city on the other side of the country). First and last time I will ever attempt to buy a replica bag.
ABSOLUTE SCAM. Do NOT buy from this site.

If I could send a less star I would the bag I ordered for $200 was so from the details of what was online it was the worst I have ever seen.. then they only gave me %60 of my money back or wanted another $100 for a return label.. I have never in my life felt the importance of leaving a review until now.. DONT DO IT PLEASE.. they have no right to steal our money and refuse to give it back.. DONT DO IT .. and please try someone else

I am extremely pleased with my bags that I have ordered from Clutchestrends. The quality of the bags are great. It has shocked my friends to know what I have paid for my bags. I have ordered several Louis Vuitton and Chanel bags from this company and have been completely satisfied. The shipping does take a little long, but I was kept informed in regards to the tracking of my bags. I would recommend this company to anyone who feels they want to get a designer bag at a much and expensive cost without it looking cheap. The customer service was great and answering all questions right away.The quality I have been really pleasantly surprised with I hope to order more in the future.

I placed an order for a purse on May 1st it is now June 2nd there has been no updates on shipping since May 7th I have emailed them several times I get an automated message back that says wait your package will be there next week I have waited and waited I've asked for a refund and still have not received anything but just wait your package will be there soon kind of at a loss don't know what to do at this point please beware if you are going to order from this company

I feel like I gave this store plenty of time and chances to make the situation right. I had PARTIAL of a good experience with this store. I made a purchase of over $400 and only received one out of 2 items that I bought. I made a claim with the shipping facility to do a deep search for the second part of the package that was sent and they confirmed that it was never sent. Shipping label created but never scanned into the system. I’ve asked for them to do the right thing as this is a present that I have purchased and worked so hard for, for a family member and they just keep ignoring it. They keep beating around the bush and not acknowledging that the package wasn’t sent. BEFORE I made the claim with the shipping facility I purchased a second bag, the same bags I already made a purchase. Online it says I will receive it by May 28th when I checked out. But it seems like that’s not happening either. Shipping from this company is not realistic and they refuse to refund your money after they don’t even send your items. They would of had a customer for life because the ONE bag I received is amazing but their poor professionalism and acknowledgement of what is happening and refusing to do the right thing definitely made them lose a customer. And will continue to lose customers because I will be sharing this experience.
