The Y20 is a decent bike and well processed.
The assembly is easy nevertheless the documentation is uncompleted.

Faltrad RX 20

Das Fahrrad kam relativ schnell und war ganz passabel verpackt.

Eine Aufbauanleitung und Hilfe zur Erstinbetriebnahme fehlen komplett.
Die Webseite verbietet mittlerweile das Aufrufen in deutscher Sprache.

Das CE Zertifikat ist veraltet
und für die EU nicht mehr gültig.
Die kleinen CE Aufkleber sind ein Witz über den kein Mensch lachen möchte.

Die angegebene, voreingestellte Drosselung auf 25 km/h funktioniert nicht, das Fahrrad unterstützt, bis die Pedale durchdrehen...ich schaffe so 35 km/h und die elektrische Unterstützung geht weiter.
Ich habe es auf einem privaten Firmengelände und nicht im Straßenverkehr getestet !

Der Download für das Display in Zusammenhang mit dem Tasten Controller ist für das tatsächlich verbaute Display überhaupt nicht passend...
Tastenkombinationen funktionieren so natürlich nicht.

Wer Hilfe vom künstlichen Support "Andy" erwartet ist hier falsch.

Der Lack ist sehr empfindlich und nicht von langer Haltbarkeit, das Rad macht nach 25 km Probefahrt auf dem asphaltierten Parkour Geräusche .

Das Rad ist in der EU komplett illegal und dank der fehlenden Möglichkeit die Geschwindigkeit zu begrenzen, nicht in einen legalen Zustand zu bringen.
So kann man es auch nicht mehr verkaufen.

Ein Totalverlust!
Das war ein teures Lehrgeld !

Zusatz: Ich habe von zwei zu einem Stern vermindert.

Die Akku Anzeige zeigt immer voll an, egal wie leer der Akku ist. Dieser Fehler wurde bereits bei einem anderen Rezensenten beschrieben, ist Cmacewheel also bekannt!
Das Display ist im Auslieferungszustand und auf 48 V eingestellt.

I have an AL26 bike, and it no longer works. It shows multiple error codes, and the front light has burned out and started smoking.

Your customer support has been very poor. It takes a long time to receive any response, and when I finally do, I only receive a picture of some error codes without any proper explanation or solution.
