Battery impossible to recharge
The wire that should connect the battery to the charger plug is broken and disconnected, the battery is impossible to charge. I wrote an email to the after sales service but got no reply! After two days of being stuck I had to solve the problem myself! Thanks!

I am sooo kappy with my 2 bikes, KS26 and Y20.I bought them with one Year difference.I already made over 4000 km with one and close to 2000 with the second one...They stay like the first day, I get compliments all the time and already reccomend them to some of my peers and relatives. I reccomend hydraulic brakes versions.
There are great quality, reliable and battery keeps lasting over 60km if not more at lower gears...
One of the best investments I have done ever, health and economy wise since I do my daily cardio, they are soooo much fun to ride and I save lots of money on gas. I would buy them again without a shadow of a doubt.

User Manual only 4 site
The user manual by delivery are only 4 sites, are too short. There is no information to get more information. After the email to the info adress I got an user manual in english 30 sites long

thanks for supporting cmacewheel. we used different displays for different bikes, so there is only a standard manual with the bike. I have suggested to boss to make some changes. thank you for the information. have a good ride.

Great bike with good features
Great bike with good features. Good aftersales aswell, some features didnt work correctly and they did everything in order to fix it! They send me 2 spare parts without any costs in order to fix the issue.

J'ai répondu à votre question concernant la vidéo sur l'assemblage et, à l'avenir, je mettrai plus de vidéos sur l'assemblage à un endroit où elles pourront être vues plus facilement par les clients. Ou bien j'ajouterai le lien et le code QR à la malle ou au manuel.

Die Batterieanzeige am Display reagiert noch immer nicht. Zeigt immer Volle Ladung an, aber die Batterie ist Leer. Seit Kauf des E Bikes.
Habe eine Reserve Batterie gekauft die Ich immer mitnehme, weil ich ja nicht weis wann die Batterie Leer ist.

Man får virkelig meget el cykel / speed pedelec for pengene her.
Den ankom desværre med en beskadiget forgaffel, men butikken sendte en ny uden omkostninger efter jeg gjorde dem opmærksom herpå. Dog skulle jeg selv montere den nye forgaffel men det gik rimeligt nemt.
Cyklen har jeg haft i næsten 2 måneder og er rigtig glad for den.
Cyklen jeg købte kom med stelnummer slået ind ved kranken.
