cncest.store Opiniões

Prodotto come da descrizione, acquisto veloce, consegna puntuale, comunicazione top. Consigliato

Dear Users,
I want to alert everyone about my recent experience with CNCEST.Store. On April 4, 2025, I purchased a metal detector from their website for €178.99. The product arrived with an instruction manual written in extremely poor, nearly incomprehensible English.

Despite their website claiming they offer refunds, the company has refused to honor this policy. Instead, they first offered a 5% discount, then increased it to 10%, and later 20%, in an attempt to avoid a full refund. After rejecting these offers, they have completely stopped responding to my requests.

The product itself is of terrible quality, and I feel scammed by their dishonest practices. I plan to report this issue to the police and take legal action in the coming days.

Please be cautious: Avoid purchasing from CNCEST.Store, as they appear to sell low-quality items and engage in deceptive refund tactics.

Scordatevi i resi!

Genuinely ordered but then realise a few days later that I had made a mistake, not realising how dangerous chain saws can be when used without comprehensive training and guidance. So had to cancel, but Sue who dealt with my request was brilliant and so reassuring. And refund promised has come through so smoothly.
Am impressed by ease of the process and service delivery- thanks Sue!

Excellent customer service from cncest

Don’t buy here !

The machine has arrived in time, quickly.
A solid alluminium plate, a solid blade.
It's for hobby workers, not for long time work, but for 2 cm wood it works!!
It's enaugh for me.
I would raccomended.

Ottimo venditore , serio e professionale.
