I placed an order for an protein easter egg on 21st March. It is now 16th April and although they continue to sell them on their website which also states they were despatched two days ago, I've received nothing. I have had no updates at all and emails are ignored so sadly I feel I have lost my money.
Update: The egg finally arrived on the day before Easter Sunday and luckily I was at home to receive it. I never got a single update from this company so by then I'd gone out and made an emergency purchase for the person this is for. In the end it took almost a month for the order to be honoured. It is with a heavy heart that I ever write a bad review about a small company as I do my utmost to support small independent businesses, but I won't be ordering from this place again, it's too stressful.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and despite stating 2-6 days for delivery, no order received. Several emails sent and no response.

If I could give a zero star I would. Warning to others...Do not purchase. Despite contacting and also through PayPal, no response to anything. Even PayPal have chased them to reply....but guess what NOTHING.

I ordered a taster pack which is free you just pay for the delivery but unfortunately it never arrived. I received a refund for the postage and a new taster pack sent out with 24 hour delivery which I really appreciate thank you. Would recommend & will order in the future.

Ordered on October 24th and still haven't received. Messaged on shop pay in November, no response. Emailed also, still no response. Can't even get a refund from them.

Don’t trust them. I ordered in August and never received my order. I emailed Sam (who replied almost immediately) and he assured me they were sorting it and promised extras in my order for the inconvenience. I’ve been chasing it every month since and have been ignored and not received my order.

Wish i’d read the reviews before ordering as it seems my experience is all too common. Ordered almost 3 weeks ago, I chased twice when I hadn't received any notification of dispatch. Sam assured me he would look into it and arrange delivery with some extra freebies as an apology. Still no sign of the delivery and my emails requesting a refund have been totally ignored. Seriously disappointing customer service from this small business will definitely not be recommending to anyone.

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. Ordered a month ago and nothing! I’ve tried contacting numerous times via email, shop and other platforms just to be ignored! Absolute shocking customer service. Avoid this company at all costs!! Save your money.

I ordered an Easter egg from this company in February this year as I'd had one before and it was really good. This year, my money was taken (which is a lot for an egg) and the egg never arrived. I never received a dispatch notification, only an order confirmation, so I assume they never even sent it. Multiple emails have been ignored by them. Avoid this company!

I purchased the protein rich Easter Egg for my Son who is into his weight training, he does like chocolate but prefers high-in protein products more. So far, so good, he's enjoyed the bars and will be moving on to the Easter Egg soon.....
