I had a few issues with late delivery, but the customer service team were great. They updated me on my order and sent it that day. The product arrived and was beautifully packaged. It also tastes amazing! The best protein chocolate I’ve had. Only problem would be the delivery, as I can see others have had issues with this. Overall great product and Sam is a credit to the customer service team.

I ordered an egg on 28th Feb and still haven’t received it, after having a few emails from Sam giving false hope on delivery dates before Easter.

I have since asked for a refund and had no response.

Don’t waste your time or money - it shouldn’t be down to the customer tl constantly chase their order because the supplier can’t be bothered to provide updates!

Placed order, money taken, no item delivered and no responses despite numerous emails. Total hoax.

Placed an order with express delivery and nothing arrived. Have emailed several times and still no response. Tried the contact page on the website. Still nothing. Appalling customer service. I will be contacting PayPal to make a case. Not happy 😡

The selection of flavours is not anywhere near as good as it has been in previous years. We particularly like the orange chocolate. We also didn't get the products we ordered, but having said that you did compensate for that by sending us extra chocolate so that is appreciated - thank you!

My son loves the gym and likes to eat healthy, but still likes an advent calendar. This protein one from Cocoa is perfect and very reasonably priced compared to other protein calenders. Fast delivery, great communication and well packaged

Great communication and great product! I messed up the delivery details for my order (auto-fill issues) and Cocoa+ quickly addressed the issue and despatched the item to its intended recipient, who absolutely loves it. Not tried the product myself but the person who I bought the advent calendar for has tried the FREE bar of chocolate and says it's great. Fantastic service!

Arrived quickly and is so delicious … sometimes dark chocolate can be bitter and some added protein choc products have a dry mouth feel but these protein dark chocolate bars are absolutely lovely 😊

Brilliant product that I have bought over and over again. Great British company with strong ethics and values. They went out of their way to correct a small problem with one order recently.
The only thing that let's it down is having to chase my order...sometimes has been 2 to 3 weeks before it is dispatched but the money is taken immediately.
Otherwise fantastic all round.

Would consider buying again as chocolate is good quality and contains more protein which I struggle to get in my diet.

I do not know what kind of company this is but let me tell you RUN. I ordered 2 things for my niece June 29th. Her birthday came and went I called I emailed I went on live chats they always said it was on its way. Today is Sept 26th and I still am waiting for her to get it. I have asked for a head office phone number but they do not give it out they say they put a notice threw and they will contact me. I did this 3 times and surprise surprise nobody has ever called and when I call back there is no record of anyone putting the complaint threw. What kind of a company are you. Trust me go to Amazon and order something for loved ones atleast they will receive it.

I love this chocolate, it is my absolute fave. However, I have now had to admit defeat with Cocoa Plus. This is the third time that I have had to wait over a month for delivery without any reply from customer service. The first 2 were back in the pandemic and apparently they'd had a flood in the warehouse which had ruined stock, so they were unable to deliver. At the time James apologised profusely (after a few weeks of being ignored) and I finally got my orders. Things had been going relatively well until now. I placed my last order a month ago and I have had no reply from James either using the online form on the website or on via his email and I have had bounce backs from the hello email address. I have asked for a refund and nothing. I will be going to trading standards like the other people who have written reviews. Such a shame, Cocoa Plus really do make the best chocolate. However, after the 3rd time, I can't trust them anymore.... Time to find something else to snack on!

I ordered 2 protein Easter eggs for my sons which were delivered very promptly and well packaged. They thoroughly enjoyed them and were very impressed at such a unique gift . Thank you :)
